The Faculty of Japanese Language and Culture at Dai Nam University was established with the goal of training students to achieve fluency in Japanese and a deep understanding of Japanese culture. The program spans 3.5 years, with three semesters per year, enabling students to save time and costs. Students have opportunities to intern at domestic businesses and participate in internship programs in Japan, facilitating access to international work environments.

Notably, the program integrates Japanese with a second foreign language such as English, Chinese, or Korean, enhancing competitiveness and expanding job opportunities after graduation.

Structured curriculum with clear goals for each academic year

The curriculum follows a clear roadmap for each year. Starting from the second year, students are qualified to participate in interviews and gain work experience in Japan, earning an income of 10–15 million VND/month, which allows them to accumulate experience while securing additional financial support for their studies.

Paid internships in Japan

The Faculty collaborates with over 20 Japanese businesses to offer practical modules, enabling students to explore career paths as early as their second and third years. Students have the opportunity to undertake paid internships in Japan for 6 months to 1 year before graduating.

Flexible credit transfer during internships in Japan

During their internships in Japan, students receive ongoing remote support from lecturers. Partner businesses facilitate a work-study balance, ensuring that learning outcomes and graduation timelines are met within 3.5–4 years.

In-depth knowledge updates with experts

The Faculty regularly organizes national specialized workshops and scientific seminars featuring experts from the Japanese Embassy, reputable businesses, and leading professors. These activities enable students to stay updated with knowledge, broaden their perspectives, and connect with Japan-standard academic and professional environments.

The Faculty partners with businesses to award scholarships to outstanding students, organizes a variety of academic and cultural events, and supports students in participating in prestigious exams organized by the Japanese Embassy and Japanese language training organizations. Many students have won top awards, demonstrating their competence and confidence.
