The training program is application-oriented, teaching the core yet advanced topics of the Finance and Banking sector. With a short duration of 3 years to graduate, students can quickly enter the workforce. As the only private university in Vietnam using the core banking software (Silver Lake), the university provides students with hands-on practice using the same technology used in the industry, enhancing their practical skills.

Salaries in the Finance and Banking sector are quite attractive and increase with experience. Fresh graduates can earn from 6 to 10 million VND per month. After 1-2 years, the salary can rise to 8 to 15 million VND per month. Senior specialist positions can earn 15 million VND or more, while managerial roles such as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) can earn from 50 to 200 million VND per month, depending on capability and the size of the organization. In addition to the base salary, there are also various bonuses and benefits in the sector.
