What points should be noted when considering additional admission wishes (NVBS) so that candidates can confidently and safely enter the university door? 2015 is a year with many changes in admission regulations, so before each university and college admission round, candidates cannot avoid feeling worried and anxious.
Below are the 4 most important points that candidates need to pay special attention to when registering for additional admission this year.

1/ Candidates who have passed NV1 will not be considered for NVBS.

After completing the national high school exam, each candidate will be given 4 scorecards including: 1 scorecard for NV1 admission and 3 scorecards for NVBS admission.
Additional wishes in 2015
Candidates who have passed NV1 will not be considered for NVBS.

According to the 2015 admission regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, in each admission round, each candidate can register up to 4 wishes at a University or College. The schools will consider each wish in turn according to the priority order stated in the application form. Once a candidate has been admitted to one wish, he/she will not be allowed to participate in the admission of other wishes and other rounds.
Therefore, all candidates who have passed the NV1 admission round will not be allowed to participate in the additional admission round . This is one of the solutions to avoid the situation of virtual candidates in the admission process of schools.

2/ Candidates are not allowed to withdraw their application during each additional application review period.

During the NV1 admission period, candidates are allowed to change their registered major or withdraw their application to apply to another school. However, it is different for additional admission: in each additional admission period, candidates are not allowed to withdraw their application.

After each additional admission round, if the candidate is not admitted, he/she has the right to withdraw his/her application to register for admission in the next NVBS admission round. Conversely, if the candidate is admitted in the first NVBS admission round, the score sheets for the second and third NVBS admission rounds will no longer be valid.

3/ How to submit additional application documents

Candidates only need to print the online application form, fill in all the information and barcode number printed on the Certificate of Exam Results and send it directly to the University or College they want to study at or send it by express mail.
In case of sending by post, the date on the postmark must be within the prescribed time limit of each additional application review period.

In addition, some universities and colleges also create favorable conditions for candidates to register for additional admission information online. However, candidates should note that this is only a form of registration for admission information. After that, the admissions consulting board of the schools will contact candidates to inform them in detail about the issue of supplementary documents as well as advise and support information related to the additional admission rounds in 2015.

4/ Continuously update school information

Also according to this year's admission regulations, universities and colleges must update their admission registration data to the national admission data management system. Every 3 days, schools must publish on their websites the list of NVBS candidates registered for admission, ranked from highest to lowest in the exam results.
This is extremely useful information for candidates in predicting their chances of admission when registering for additional admission wishes. Therefore, regularly and closely monitoring the websites of universities and colleges that they are interested in is the first thing candidates should do when registering for NVBS 2015 admission.
