Dai Nam University announces admission scores for 2023

The Admissions Council of Dai Nam University has just officially announced the admission scores for the regular university program in 2023 according to two methods: considering high school graduation exam scores and considering academic records.

In the 2023-2024 school year, Dai Nam University enrolls full-time undergraduate students in 24 majors in 04 training blocks, including: Health (Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing); Economics - Business (Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, International Business, E-commerce, Digital Economy, Marketing, Banking and Finance, Economic Law, Sports Management, Accounting); Engineering - Technology (Information Technology, Computer Science, Automotive Engineering Technology); Social Sciences (Tourism and Travel Services Management, Multimedia Communications, Public Relations, English, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Oriental Studies) in 03 forms: considering grade 12 transcripts, considering high school graduation exam scores and direct admission.

On August 22, Dai Nam University officially announced the admission scores for 24 training majors based on the 2023 high school graduation exam scores. Accordingly, the major with the highest admission score is Medicine at 22.5 (an increase of 0.5 points compared to 2022). Next is Pharmacy at 21 points, Nursing at 19 points. The admission score for the remaining majors is 15 points.

Accordingly, the standard score for the transcript review method is 24 points for Medicine and Pharmacy; 20 points for Chinese and Korean languages; 19.5 for Nursing and 18 points for the remaining majors.

What should qualified candidates do?

After the candidate has the high school graduation results, the school will send the candidate the admission notice, instructions on admission documents, tuition fees, admission fees, time and place of admission. Accordingly, in the 2023-2024 school year, Dai Nam University will enroll students in 2 forms: Online and In-person.

1. Instructions for online admission (from August 22, 2023)

Step 1: Confirm admission

New students confirm their admission on the Ministry's Admissions software at the website: https://thisinh.thithptquocgia.edu.vn

Step 2: Check information and update profile

New students visit the website https://nhaphoc.dainam.edu.vn to check information and update student profiles.

Step 3: Complete training funding

Method 1. Transfer money via SmartBanking or Internet Banking of BIDV bank

Students log in to BIDV bank account app.

• Step 1: Select “Manage services” then select “Payment”
• Step 2: Select "Tuition_exam fees_school"
• Step 3: Select a provider: Type in the search box “Dai Nam University”
• Step 4: Enter customer code according to the syntax: V4DHDN + Citizen ID card

Example: V4DHDN123456789123

Step 5: Click “Continue” and enter the Smart OTP PIN. (Students check transaction information: Name and amount to be paid). The screen displays transaction confirmation, click “Confirm” to complete the transaction.

Method 2: Transfer money from other banks using an identified account

Students log in to the bank account app, choose fast money transfer outside the bank 24/7 (students do not choose regular transfer).

• Step 1: Select Bank: Vietnam Investment and Development BIDV. Then select recipient information/Recipient account number: Enter V4DHDN+Citizen ID (Example: V4DHDN123456789123)
• Step 2: Enter the exact amount required to be paid according to the admission notice. If you enter the wrong amount, the bank will not be able to perform the transaction.
• Step 3: Confirm correct information and complete the transaction.

Step 4. Check payment information via email and admission portal

After paying the admission fees, candidates need to check the confirmation of successful admission and successful payment at the email and admission portal.

Step 5. Complete enrollment and prepare for school

After completing the above steps, new students complete their enrollment and prepare to go to school according to the schedule sent via email.

Note: If online admission is successful, students may not need to go through the admission procedure directly, but only need to go to school to participate in the welcoming activities of the Faculty and the School on the official admission date sent in the admission notice. At the same time, attend school according to the timetable sent via email.

2. Instructions for candidates to enroll directly at the school

Admission locations for each major

Step 1: New students get a number

New students take a number at the reception desk and enroll at the exact time and location stated on the notice.

Step 2: Confirm admission

New students confirm their admission on the Ministry's Admissions software at the website: https://thisinh.thithptquocgia.edu.vn

Step 3: Check information and update profile

New students visit the website https://nhaphoc.dainam.edu.vn to check information and update student profiles.

Step 4: Pay tuition

New students complete tuition payment procedures at the cashier.

Step 5: Submit application directly

New students prepare complete notarized documents and submit them directly at the admission reception location. The documents that need to be fully prepared are as follows:

+ Certificate of high school graduation exam results in 2023 (original).

+ Notarized copy of High School Diploma/Temporary High School Graduation Certificate.

+ Notarized copy of High School Transcript (submit a copy and must bring the original for comparison).

+ Notarized copy of ID card/CCCD.

+ Notarized copy of birth certificate.

After this step, new students receive notifications and instructions on the Study Plan, then students move towards the exit of the Hall. Here, new students will be invited by teachers and seniors to participate in welcoming activities of the Faculty and the School.

Step 6: Participate in welcoming activities organized by the Faculty and Youth Union

After completing the admission procedures, new students participate in activities to meet their homeroom teachers, faculty leaders, participate in professional experiences, participate in fun activities with rewards from the school's clubs,... as well as visit and take check-in photos to record the moment of officially becoming new students at the school's spaces.
