Dai Nam University appoints new Vice President who was formerly Vice President of Foreign Trade University at the age of 38

To supplement the team of senior leaders with expertise, dynamism, and enthusiasm to meet the development requirements of the University in the new period, Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dai Nam University has just signed the Decision to appoint Associate Professor, Dr. Dao Thi Thu Giang, former Vice President of Foreign Trade University, former Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Member Company - Alphanam Group to hold the position of Vice President from August 1, 2024.

With 26 years of experience in teaching and university management, and 4 years of practical experience in a large corporate environment, Associate Professor, Dr. Dao Thi Thu Giang will, together with the University Council and the Board of Directors, carry out the strategic tasks of Dai Nam University in the new development stage with a scale of nearly 20,000 students in the 2024-2025 school year and 45,000 students by 2037.

“I believe that with her dynamism, enthusiasm, and extensive experience, Associate Professor, Dr. Dao Thi Thu Giang will fulfill her role, together with the University Council and the Board of Directors, to best implement the strategic goals of the University, leading Dai Nam University to develop strongly,” Dr. Le Dac Son affirmed.

In her inaugural speech as Vice Principal, Associate Professor, Dr. Dao Thi Thu Giang thanked the School Board for entrusting her with the important responsibility; at the same time, she pledged to wholeheartedly and wholeheartedly work with the School Board, the Board of Directors and the staff to successfully complete the assigned tasks.

Associate Professor, Dr. Dao Thi Thu Giang was born in 1972 in Hanoi. Before joining Dai Nam University, Associate Professor, Dr. Dao Thi Thu Giang held the position of Vice Principal of Foreign Trade University, Delegate of Hoan Kiem District People's Council for the 2021-2026 term..., Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Member Company - Alphanam Group.

She has many years of experience teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in economics and business administration; and working as a senior manager and leader in the field of education and training.

Up to now, Associate Professor, Dr. Dao Thi Thu Giang has published many research works and scientific articles in prestigious domestic and international scientific journals.
