Dai Nam University Job Fair 2024: Officially launching the contest "Conquering employers" to bring talented candidates to businesses

The contest “Conquering Employers” – one of the highlights of the Job Fair 2024 program organized by Dai Nam University officially opened for registration on February 21, 2024. With the goal of career orientation, connecting businesses and talented candidates, increasing job opportunities with high income, the contest has attracted a lot of attention from students since the opening of applications.

Why does Dai Nam University organize the contest "Conquering Employers"?

Part-time, full-time, and internship jobs are keywords that many students search for; especially students in their 2nd, 3rd, and 4th years. In addition to having an additional source of income, working at a business also helps students have the opportunity to rub shoulders with the real environment, interact with colleagues and customers, learn how to develop their own abilities including professional knowledge, working skills, and how to interact and behave with work and colleagues, build a foundation of experience, establish relationships, and expand job opportunities.

However, how to conquer employers and apply for suitable jobs with good income is something that makes many young people wonder.
The contest "Conquering employers" was born with the aim of helping students discover themselves, break down all barriers, and confidently "defeat" employers.

Interview skills: Students are trained in interview skills, how to express themselves and make a good impression on employers.

Ms. Pham Thi Dung - Director of the Student Employment and Entrepreneurship Center said: In order for students to confidently conquer employers, in addition to professional knowledge, the school also equips students with necessary skills such as CV writing, interviewing, office computer skills, communication in the workplace, planning... through "Additional skills training" programs, with the instruction of leading experts in the field of human resources, representatives of businesses.

Dai Nam University regularly organizes "Additional Skills Training" programs and skills competitions for students.

Total prize value up to 10 million VND

Not only do candidates have many opportunities to "close" recruitment, they also receive many attractive prizes. Specifically:

Participants: Individuals who are students from year 02 to final year studying or have graduated from Dai Nam University. Between the ages of 18 - 24 years old.

Contest rules

The contest consists of 03 rounds:

Round 1: Application Form & CV (From 21/02 – 01/03/2024)

Candidates register to participate via the link and prepare the most satisfactory CV to submit with the registration link: https://bit.ly/chinhphucnhatuyendungdnu

The CV language is Vietnamese or English (choose only 1 language to write CV).

From the results of the single round, the Top 30 will be selected to advance to round 02.

Round 2: Individual Interview (March 2 and March 9, 2024)

Stage 2.1: Candidates are selected to participate in training with the topic "Application and interview skills. (March 2, 2024)

Stage 2.2: 1-1 interview with the employer who is the competition's Jury. (March 9, 2024)

From the results of the interview, the TOP 15 candidates were selected to advance to round 3.

Round 3: The Final Round (March 10, 2024 – March 21, 2024)

Stage 3.1: Challenge

TOP 15 contestants will be divided into 5 groups and solve minicases, submitting their work on March 16, 2024. 3 groups will be selected to continue.

Stage 3.2: Debate (March 21, 2024)

TOP 3 groups debate and discuss each other's minicases

Stage 3.3: Shine (March 21, 2024)

Convince and negotiate with the Recruiters as the Jury.

From there, the Organizing Committee will select the Champion, Runner-up, Quarter Winner and Most Favorite Contestant of the DNU Talent Candidate 2024 contest.
