Dai Nam University Teachers Club: “Education is the foundation – Sharing is power”

On the morning of June 24, Dai Nam University solemnly held the launching ceremony of Dai Nam University Teachers Club. With the awareness of "Education is the foundation - Sharing is strength", the Club operates under the motto "Where there is love - There is strength"; is a place to connect the collective of cadres, lecturers, and employees to unite, be happy and grow; create and develop a dynamic, positive, enthusiastic, and creative working environment; spread the spirit of serving the community, serving society, and serving the Fatherland.

The club operates on a voluntary basis.

Speaking at the launching ceremony, Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the School Board emphasized: Education is the foundation of the nation, the people, the family and each individual. Teachers - the intellectuals, the stars of the nation are responsible for finding the truth, training and leading generations of students to become talented people, joining hands to build a prosperous and happy country.

The connection of love and sharing of knowledge between teachers will help expand the educational foundation. From there, a community of knowledge is formed, a great spiritual support for colleagues and students.

“Each person’s knowledge and ideas will be increased when there is connection and sharing with each other. I really hope that teachers will openly share and spread the spirit of the Club, attracting more staff and lecturers to participate. The growth of the Club is a solid foundation for the development of Dai Nam University” , Dr. Le Dac Son emphasized.

Prof. Dr. Pham Van Hong - Principal also affirmed: The Dai Nam University Teachers Club was established with the function of connecting cadres, lecturers and staff throughout the school; Providing diverse resources, rich in innovative thinking, enthusiasm, pioneering and ready to participate in key and breakthrough tasks of the School; Supporting cadres, lecturers and staff to exchange with each other, contact domestic and foreign partners, connect knowledge, create an environment to improve teaching and scientific research skills; Creating a playground to share professional knowledge, skills, life, management experience, teaching experience, personal experience, life management...; Identifying and planning young cadres, lecturers and staff with leadership qualities to create a source of managers and leaders for the School; Receiving ideas and aspirations of members to propose to the Board of Directors, Chairman of the School Council...

Also at the Launching Ceremony, Dr. Le Dac Son had his first sharing with the Club members. With the topic of Life Management, Dr. Le Dac Son emphasized 05 contents: Principles of wisdom, Dao of wisdom, Dharma of wisdom, Methods to resolve instability and Understanding the origin.

“If we cannot manage our own lives, we are no different from a bunch of water hyacinths floating on the river. And to manage them, we need wisdom; we must give wisdom and receive wisdom together.”
