Digital transformation cannot "make it difficult" for DNU Accounting students

Learning combined with practical practice, practicing on specialized software is the training method of the Accounting Department of Dai Nam University (DNU). Thanks to that, any changes in digital transformation do not make it difficult for DNU Accounting students. The rate of graduates having jobs in their major with high income is 100%. To further promote this activity, recently, the Accounting Department in collaboration with FAST Software Company (FAST) organized the Workshop "Electronic invoices - Solutions from digital transformation", opening a new door to modern document management in the digital environment for students.

DNU Accounting students enjoy hands-on experience with specialized software.

Electronic invoices are an inevitable trend of the digital transformation revolution; allowing businesses to deeply integrate with existing system software such as business management software, accounting software, etc., thereby building a unified operating model using electronic methods. Therefore, a professional staff who is proficient in processing electronic invoices on specialized software will be highly appreciated by businesses and have more job opportunities.

Ms. Luong Thi Minh Nguyet - Head of Department, FAST Community Department commented: “Learning combined with experience and practical practice is an ideal learning model for students to acquire new knowledge and trends in the profession. With knowledge and skills in digitalization and proficiency in specialized accounting software, any changes in digital transformation will certainly not be difficult for Dai Nam University students.”

At the workshop, FAST representatives and teachers and students learned about the importance of electronic invoices in the digital transformation process; introduced legal documents and presentation content of electronic invoice templates; the process of creating an electronic invoice on the software, how to check invoices, and the process of handling electronic invoices when there are errors.

DNU Accounting students are instructed to create and process electronic invoices on Fast E-Invoice software.

In particular, students of the DNU Accounting Department are directly able to process electronic invoices on the Fast E-Invoice software. Students are enthusiastically guided by FAST representatives in every step of the process of classifying, editing, and issuing electronic invoices. In addition, young people are also introduced to situations of using electronic invoices in practice and handling arising problems.

The speakers' practical sharing also gives students a deeper and more practical insight into the benefits of applying technological solutions to work and life in the current period.

The program received many positive responses from students and lecturers of the Faculty of Accounting. The young people actively asked questions to the FAST representatives as well as enthusiastically participated in the minigames; bringing a lively and enthusiastic learning atmosphere.

Vu Ngoc My - student of class KT 15.02 shared: “The program has helped me have a more general view of the profession, understand more about the practical benefits of applying technology to daily work. Not only that, I got acquainted with new business software, and have a better understanding of the electronic invoice processing process. This is definitely the necessary luggage for us to confidently enter the labor market”.

Sharing after the program, Mr. Le The Anh - Head of the Accounting Department said: "We hope to receive more companionship and support from businesses in career orientation; creating conditions for practice and internship; accessing professional software, digital technology, information technology..."

Ms. Minh Nguyet said: FAST will continue to accompany Dai Nam University in providing free Accounting software; coordinate in orientation, training and receiving students for practice, internship, and sponsor scholarships for students with good academic results.

The Workshop program “Electronic Invoice – Solution from digital transformation” at Dai Nam University has created conditions for students to access and study practically, shortening the path from the lecture hall to work to real work in the future.
