DNU Logistics and Supply Chain Management Students Gain Knowledge from Field Trip at Ajinomoto Vietnam

Learning combined with practical experience is the orientation of Dai Nam University, aiming to help students grasp practical knowledge right from the first year. To promote this activity, recently, the Faculty of Logistics and Supply Chain Management organized a 2-day practical study trip at Ajinomoto Vietnam Company for K18 new students. Thereby, providing students with knowledge that books cannot fully convey.
During the trip, under the guidance of Dr. Le Thi My Ngoc - Head of Logistics and Supply Chain Management Department and the team at Ajinomoto Company, students directly experienced the working environment at the factory and learned about the Japanese standard production process.

Mr. Ta Van Hung - Representative of Ajinomoto Company, introduced to students the development strategy, quality control steps and strict food safety assurance process applied by the company. This practical knowledge helps students have a clearer view of the business products, strong products, product evaluation criteria for food safety regulations issued by the state and internationally.

Before concluding the 2-day practical experience program at Ajinomoto Company, Ms. Le Thi My Ngoc shared with the students the significance of the practical session, the attention of the Faculty of Logistics to the young generation on the journey from the classroom to the enterprise as well as career opportunities for students before entering the labor market. At the same time, Ms. Le Thi My Ngoc expressed her deep gratitude to Ajinomoto Vietnam for supporting and creating a practical and meaningful practical program for students of Dai Nam University.
The practical program at Ajinomoto Vietnam Company ended in the excitement and joy of students and teachers of the Faculty of Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Indeed, the practical trip brought students not only practical knowledge and useful experiences but also strengthened the confidence of the new generation of the Faculty of Logistics when choosing to study Logistics and Supply Chain Management at Dai Nam University.
