Duties - Powers of Student Management Department

I. Mission
1. Coordinate with departments and faculties in the school: organize the reception of admitted candidates. Introduce temporary class committees. Manage students based on the school's student record database.
2. Organize "Citizenship Week - Students" at the beginning and end of each school year.
3. Coordinate with Departments and Faculties in the school to organize the opening ceremony of the new school year, the closing ceremony and graduation ceremony for full-time students.
4. Implement political ideology, ethics and lifestyle education for students; summarize and report student situation to the Board of Directors.
5. Coordinate with faculties to monitor and evaluate students' learning and training awareness; classify students at the end of each semester, school year and course.
6. Organize emulation movements for students; propose forms of rewards for students with achievements in studying, training and movement activities and forms of disciplinary action for students who violate regulations.
7. Organize regular dialogues between the school and students, coordinate with relevant units to organize students to participate in extracurricular activities. Coordinate to organize career counseling, employment and survey to grasp the employment situation of students after graduation. Act as a liaison with the alumni association and organize alumni meetings.
8. Be the focal point for implementing the School's one-stop model, receiving and resolving all administrative procedure information for full-time students of the School.
9. Standing councils: student rewards and discipline, councils to evaluate student training results...
10. Develop a plan to ensure political security, order and safety for students, promptly resolve incidents related to students; coordinate the organization and implementation of outpatient management according to regulations.
11. Effectively manage and use assigned labor and assets according to current law and school regulations.
12. Perform other tasks assigned by the Principal.
II. Authority
The Student Administration Office has the authority to:
- Authorized by the Principal to sign and stamp to confirm student administrative documents.
- Assigned to arrange labor within the scope of the department.
- Review and evaluate staff in the department according to the school's requirements.
