Employers accompany students in "supplementary skills training" to find personnel

“Additional Skills Training” is a special, practical course for final year students of Dai Nam University to realize the goal of 100% of graduates having jobs immediately and having attractive income. This year, the course will open with the first topic on December 23, with the participation of a team of experts and experienced recruiters in the field of recruitment, training and human resource management.

Many students are offered high income, up to 25 million VND/month.

The program "Additional skills training" is organized by the Student Employment and Entrepreneurship Center. Participating in the training course, final year students of Dai Nam University are supplemented with 06 important groups of knowledge and skills, including: CV writing skills, Interview answering skills, Office computer skills at work, Planning skills, Management skills.

With the skills supplemented after the training course in April 2023, hundreds of final year students quickly passed the application and interview rounds of the business and received jobs that matched their interests and expertise. Many students offered (negotiated) high incomes, up to 25 million VND/month.

Quynh Anh - a former student of Pharmacy class 12.08 said: "Previously, my CV writing skills were zero. I was rejected many times because my CV was not impressive. To further enhance the level of efficiency and realize the goal of 100% of graduates having jobs and good incomes; Dai Nam University continues to organize the program "Additional skills training" for final year students with a scale and investment 3 times larger than the first course.

Accordingly, the "Skills Support Training" course for final year students this time is organized in 2 sessions. Session 1 takes place from December 23, 2023 to February 3, 2024, and session 2 takes place from January 27, 2024 to March 16, 2024.
