After being hesitant between many options, Ms. Mai Quynh Chi (Lao Cai) finally decided to “select” Dai Nam University as the place to entrust her two daughters’ dreams. In 2013, Ms. Quynh Chi and her family embarked on a stressful “hunt” to choose a major and a school for their first daughter. The three criteria she set at that time were: the school must be suitable for the child’s abilities; the major must meet the child’s interests and dreams; and the tuition fee must be stable and suitable for the family’s finances.

After much time of consulting, researching, analyzing and comparing, Ms. Quynh Chi finally “finalized” the Faculty of Communication, majoring in Public Relations at Dai Nam University for her daughter. This is a new major, leading the trend, so choosing which school for her child to study is a very difficult problem.

“Choosing Dai Nam means we put all our trust, hope and expectation into it. I believe that the school will create a springboard for my child to get closer to his passion; develop his full potential and strengths and have a dream job after graduation, successfully continuing the family tradition,” said Quynh Chi.

Indeed, Ms. Quynh Chi's belief was further strengthened when her daughter Huong Ly - a former student of QHCC K7 continuously won the Talent Encouragement Scholarship; was an exemplary class cadre and attended the Party sympathy class while still in school.

The applied training program, closely following the needs of businesses and society, helps Huong Ly not only have solid knowledge but also solid skills. This helps her confidently demonstrate her abilities and capabilities when she comes to businesses to practice and intern.

After graduating, with a degree of Excellence, soft skills, and professional CV writing skills, Huong Ly easily “conquered” employers. Currently, she is known as the communications manager of Hung Thinh General Hospital - Lao Cai, CO-Founder of Delta Digital Media and Services Company Limited.

From the success of her older sister, Quynh Chi’s family trusted her second daughter to enroll in the Faculty of Pharmacy at Dai Nam University. From a girl who knew nothing about medicinal plants, spices… to now, Thien Ha – K15 Pharmacy has entered her 3rd year of university.

With the enthusiastic support of teachers and her own efforts in studying, Thien Ha reaped her first achievements: winning the Encouragement Scholarship in her first year of university; being a typical face in the movement activities of the Faculty and the School; being the leader of the B-Crown Dance Club.

“I was really surprised when my shy, quiet, and unsociable daughter changed completely after only 2 years of studying at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Dai Nam University.
