In order to equip students with knowledge, skills, and practical financial independence, and promote the entrepreneurial spirit of young people, recently, the Faculty of Business Administration of Dai Nam University successfully organized the talk show “Gen Z and the dream of starting a business” with the participation of the President of the National Entrepreneurship Association and his colleagues. The program received a lot of attention from students majoring in Economics and Business at the school.

The program was attended by: Dr. Dinh Viet Hoa - Chairman of the National Startup Association and colleagues; Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Thi Lien - Vice Principal of Dai Nam University and leaders of Faculties, Departments, Boards, Institutes, Centers; staff and lecturers of the Faculty of Business Administration. Especially with the participation of more than 300 students of the school.

Continue to promote training, foster thinking and unleash the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship for students.

Speaking at the program, Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Thi Lien said: Innovative Startup (KNĐMST) is a university model that Dai Nam University is focusing all resources on developing. In addition to equipping students with professional knowledge, working skills, foreign language - IT skills, soft skills, and positive attitudes, the University especially focuses on training, fostering thinking and unleashing the entrepreneurial spirit for students. Accordingly, Dai Nam University students graduate with the mindset and aspiration to start a business, get rich and become salaried people instead of applying for jobs and receiving salaries.

Implementing that training policy, Dai Nam University has signed a cooperation agreement on training entrepreneurial thinking with many large organizations and enterprises, such as: Bliss Education Joint Stock Company; BGS Global... Establishing the "Student Employment and Entrepreneurship" Center - a bridge between the University and enterprises and entrepreneurs in coordinating training, supporting students in studying, interning, and starting a business.

“I hope that the talk show will continue to foster the spirit of innovation and creativity for students of Dai Nam University, sowing seeds of hope for their creative dreams and aspirations for success,” Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Thi Lien shared.

Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Thi Lien shared about the KNĐMST program of Dai Nam University.

Instead of looking for a job, create your own job.

At the program, Dr. Dinh Viet Hoa commented: Vietnam is fertile land to nurture creative startups.

Firstly, the number of businesses in a country of nearly 100 million people like Vietnam is very small.

Second, Vietnamese people's creativity is extremely strong, along with the courage to face challenges.

When investing in the Vietnamese market, foreign investors are also willing to invest in people with creative, innovative ideas, who dare to be passionate, and are determined to follow their aspirations to become bosses and creative entrepreneurs in the future.

“With the KNĐMST training model, students of Dai Nam University have a great advantage to realize their own startup ideas. The school has given them the foundation and opportunity, the important thing is whether they know how to grasp it or not,” said Dr. Dinh Viet Hoa.

Dr. Dinh Viet Hoa affirmed: Vietnam is a fertile land for innovation.

Accordingly, Dr. Dinh Viet Hoa encourages students to join Business, Startup, and Career Clubs to improve their knowledge and skills, connect with like-minded people; thereby building and developing their own creative startup ideas.

In addition, young people should improve their foreign languages, especially English, to be able to research documents and update world trends; become global citizens and bring their startup ideas, startup models, and startups to the world.

Dr. Dinh Viet Hoa shares 5 levels of entrepreneurship.

Dr. Dinh Viet Hoa enthusiastically asked and answered questions with students.

“Be bold in starting a business and make full use of your abilities, intelligence, and wisdom, and you will reap great achievements. Instead of looking for a job later, create your own job.”

Dr. Dinh Viet Hoa also said: The National Startup Association is always willing to support Vietnamese business founders. Dai Nam University students will receive support from Vietnamese creative startup entrepreneurs if they have breakthrough ideas, passion, enthusiasm and determination to start a creative business.

Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Thi Lien presented flowers to thank Dr. Dinh Viet Hoa.

To continue promoting the training model of innovative technology, keeping up with the trend of "Entrepreneurship training - Business incubation" , Dai Nam University will continue to expand strategic cooperation with startups; organize competitions, seminars, talkshows on innovative technology; connect students with experts and startups in Vietnam.
