In the first class of the Year of the Cat (February 6), students were not only visited by the School Board of Directors and Department leaders to wish them a Happy New Year and encourage them, but were also surprised by the School's grand lucky money program. This once again affirms: "Coming to Dai Nam University, students are not only trained in professional knowledge, professional skills, and standard attitudes, but are also warmed by the love, care, understanding, and tolerance of all the staff, lecturers, and employees of the School; so that every day at school is a happy day for students" (quoted from the speech of Ms. Le Thi My Ngoc - Head of the Faculty of Logistics and Supply Chain Management).

DNU-ERs eagerly lined up to receive lucky money, hoping for a new year free from failure, singleness, obesity, and poverty...

Returning to school after a long Tet holiday, students were surprised by the “super big” lucky money program of the Youth Union of Dai Nam University. Thousands of lucky money envelopes with special gifts were carefully prepared by teachers for students.

With the wish that DNUERS have a happy and bright new year, teachers have thoughtfully prepared a backdrop "to prevent all kinds of people from wanting to escape" for students to check in. Hopefully in the new school year, you will escape from being single - escaping from being fat - escaping from being poor.

Students enthusiastically participate in the New Year lucky money program.

Arriving at school early, Nguyen Thi Mo - a student of E-commerce class 16.02 eagerly participated in the lucky money drawing. The female student shared: “I was quite surprised because it was after the full moon of January but I still received lucky money. I think this is a meaningful activity, not only evoking a new feeling but also promoting the learning spirit of students after a long holiday. I am ready for a new semester with many good achievements, determined to win a scholarship…”

Lucky red envelopes stir up the atmosphere of the new school term.

Dao Duc Manh – IT class 16.03 excitedly said: “The happy and bustling atmosphere helped me “get rid” of the sadness of retaking the exam. In the new semester, I will try to study hard, say no to retaking the exam and relearning.”

Mr. Vu Dang Tuan Anh - Secretary of the School Youth Union said: To make the "Back to school day" of students as perfect as possible, many days before, the Board of Directors directed the Youth Union to implement the New Year's lucky money program; contact related units to support students in completing the challenge and receiving gifts.

“Each lucky money envelope is filled with love from teachers and the school to the students. We hope that you will have a smooth, lucky and happy start. We wish you good health, safe travels, good study and practice, and many achievements…” , Mr. Tuan Anh shared.

DNUERs take the opportunity to check-in with lucky money.

The Board of Directors, heads and deputy heads of departments visit each class to wish the students a Happy New Year and give them advice.

Not yet surprised by the grand lucky money program, students received another surprise when the entire Board of Directors, teachers from Departments, Divisions, and Faculties came to each class to wish them a Happy New Year. The classroom atmosphere was "hotter" than ever with fun games and lucky money drawing from teachers.

Mr. Pham Van Hong - Principal said: "Now is the time to put aside the aftertaste of Tet to "start" the new semester with passion and energy. With the knowledge that teachers impart, teach and our determination, we hope that you will have a dynamic and meaningful semester, which is a solid stepping stone to build a career in the future."

Mr. Pham Van Hong gives lucky money to students of the Faculty of Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

To encourage the spirit of K14 students on the first day of military service, Ms. Cao Thi Hoa - Vice Principal and representatives of the units directly met, encouraged and advised students of 4 faculties in the first military training period of the year of Quy Mao.

Ms. Cao Thi Hoa advised students about their goals for the new semester.

Ms. Hoa shared: “The most important factor for people to succeed is discipline. After 28 days in the military, I hope that what they have learned and trained during this military service will be the luggage that will follow them throughout their lives; be the compass for their thinking, perception and behavior; and be one of the key factors for their success in the future…”

The lucky money drawing scene brought lots of joy and surprise to the new K14 recruits.

Nguyen Quang Linh, class QHCC 14.01, Squad 6, Platoon 5, Company 2, emotionally shared after going on stage to answer the quiz and receive lucky money: "I am very happy to study at my school. I am very grateful to the teachers for caring for us in every little detail. I thank the teachers and the school very much."

Quang Linh expressed his happiness to be a member of Dai Nam University family.

Ms. Le Thi Thanh Huong - Vice Principal and the Board of Directors of the Faculty of Medicine came to wish the New Year and encourage the students.

Returning to school in surprise and joy, Nguyen Thu Phuong - class TCNH 14.01 expressed: "Receiving a lucky gift at the beginning of the year from the school leaders made me feel very happy. The gift is small but has great spiritual value, showing the teachers' care and close attention to the students. This is something that I am extremely impressed with during the 3 years of studying at the school".

The new semester has officially begun, wishing all DNUERs to be full of energy and have a successful new year!
