Important notes that 2K5 students need to "know by heart" when taking the 2023 high school graduation exam

In addition to being well prepared mentally, physically and intellectually, 2K5 needs to "memorize" the important notes below to stay calm and confident in conquering the 2023 high school graduation exam.

1. Remember the exam schedule and location

The 2023 high school graduation exam will be held over 4 days, from June 27 to June 30, 2023.

Specifically:

+ June 27, 2023: Candidates complete exam registration procedures.

+ June 28 - 29, 2023: Candidates take exams with 3 compulsory subjects and an optional combination exam.

+ June 30, 2023: Reserve.

2. Bring all required documents

Candidates need to bring all necessary documents, such as: ID card or CCCD card, Exam notice, Exam card.

3. Be at the exam location on time, preferably 15 minutes early.

Candidates must be present at the examination room at the specified time stated in the Examination Notice to complete examination procedures and receive the Examination Card.

Note: If there are any errors in name, date of birth, priority subjects, priority areas, you must immediately report to the exam supervisor or the person on duty at the exam site for timely handling.

Candidates present their Identity Card or Citizen Identification Card, Exam Card at the exam room.

For each exam session, candidates must be present at the exam room on time, preferably 15 minutes early. If they arrive more than 15 minutes late after the test start time signal, they will not be allowed to take the exam.

Candidates must absolutely obey the orders of the Examination Board and the instructions of the invigilators and those responsible at the Examination Site.

4. Items allowed in the exam room

Candidates are only allowed to bring into the examination room the following items: pens, pencils, compasses, erasers, rulers, calculators; calculators without text editing functions, no memory cards; Vietnam Geography Atlas for the Geography exam; watches; and purified water.

5. Items that are absolutely not allowed in the exam room

Prohibited items to bring into the examination room include: computers, carbon paper, correction pens, alcoholic beverages, weapons and explosives, flammable substances, documents and all communication or information storage devices that can be used to cheat during the examination.

6. Important notes about the exam

- Fill in all information on the exam paper according to CBCT's instructions.

- Fill in the full registration number (both letters and numbers) on the exam paper.

- Check and ask both CBCT to sign and write their full names on the exam paper.

- Absolutely do not mark or make any personal symbols on the test.

- Never do the test using two different ink colors (no red ink).

- Do not write in pencil except to draw circles with a compass and fill in boxes on the multiple choice answer sheet.

- Keep the exam paper intact. In case someone else damages your exam paper, you must immediately report it to the exam invigilator for handling...

7. Understand the rules of multiple choice tests

- Read the whole test once, do the easy questions first, do the difficult ones later.

- Choose all the answers without leaving any blank.

- When filling in multiple choice answers, you need to fill in the correct answer in bold and according to the instructions. Note: Do not mark X or V on the answer you choose because even if the answer is correct but the method is invalid, it will not be counted.

8. Ensure safety when traveling on the road

The high school exam is an extremely important exam, candidates need to ensure safety when traveling on the road. Parents or siblings should take them to the exam, leave early to avoid traffic jams, vehicle accidents...

Candidates who live far away should stay with relatives or rent a room near the exam location.

9. In addition, candidates need to eat well, ensure nutrition; prepare a good and comfortable mentality; go to bed early to avoid stress and fatigue; exam attire needs to be polite and comfortable...

TIMELINES 2K5 CANDIDATES NEED TO REMEMBER WHEN REGISTERING FOR ADMISSION TO DAI NAM UNIVERSITY

1. From now until July 5: Candidates submit early admission applications to Dai Nam University.

2. From June 15 to July 20: Time to issue additional accounts for independent candidates (Candidates who graduated from 2022 or earlier proactively go to the local Department of Education/Department of Education to request an account to register their wishes).

3. From July 10 to 5:00 p.m. on July 30: Candidates register and adjust their admission wishes (unlimited number of times) within the prescribed time.

4. From July 31 to 5:00 p.m. August 6: Candidates pay admission fees online.

5. Before 5:00 p.m. on August 22, 2023: Dai Nam University announces the list of candidates admitted in the first round.

6. Before 5:00 p.m. on September 6: Successful candidates confirm their first round of online admission on the system.

7. From September 7 to December 2023: Candidates who need to register for additional admission rounds at Dai Nam University.
