Nearly 20 student movement clubs of Dai Nam University: A place to unleash Dainamers' passion, dedication and skills

The explosion of nearly 20 movement clubs at Dai Nam University (DNU) has painted a vibrant, colorful picture, breathing new life into students. From charity, sports to arts, each activity carries youthfulness, enthusiasm and creativity, leaving an unforgettable mark on the DNU student community.

This breakthrough cannot be mentioned without the guidance and support from the School Board, Student Affairs Department and Youth Union - those who always fuel and guide the Clubs to grow strongly in all activities.

Proud achievements

The 2023-2024 school year is a year of remarkable achievements: The Volunteer Club brings "warmth of love" to difficult mountainous areas; the Football Club makes its mark at major tournaments; the Karate Club, Volleyball Club, Basketball Club and many other clubs all reap impressive achievements.

In particular, creative activities of the Book and Action Club, DNU Crew Club, Guitar Club... add energy and enrich the spiritual life of students.

Each achievement is not only a source of pride but also a testament to the solidarity, perseverance and remarkable growth of the clubs.

The Student Volunteer Team (SVTN) successfully organized Warm Porridge 2023, Warm Winter Season 09 in Son La, Green Summer 2024 in Po Ly Ngai, Ha Giang... receiving Certificates of Excellence from Cao Bang Provincial Youth Union and Hoang Su Phi District Youth Union.

The Youth Union supported more than 20 large and small events of the school, affirming professionalism in all activities.

Football Club: The men's football team won the runner-up position at the 2023 National Student Futsal Tournament and entered the quarter-finals of the 2024 Hanoi Student Futsal Tournament. The women's football team entered the quarter-finals of the Hanoi University and College Women's Football Tournament.

Volleyball Club won First Prize in the Foreign Trade University Volleyball Open Tournament and Third Prize in the 2024 BVC Non-Professional Volleyball Tournament; participated in many open tournaments, contributing to building a strong sports movement in the school.

The Karate Club brought home 7 gold medals, 5 silver medals, and 8 bronze medals at major tournaments such as the Hoa Binh Provincial Karate Youth Championship and the Thanh Ha District Youth Championship.

The Badminton Club participates in many extra-school tournaments and achieves impressive results.

The Basketball Club participates in many major tournaments, creating a vibrant movement in the DNU student community.

The Book and Action Club successfully organized the "Talking Book Radio" and "Book Night" programs, encouraging students across the school to nurture their passion for reading and improve their knowledge.

The DNU Crew Club and B-Crown Club support many large and small school events and carry out many creative performance projects.

The Dance Club (FLames Dance Group) supports many large and small school events.

The Guitar Club successfully organized musical events: "Memories", "ACOUSTIC MUSIC NIGHT", bringing a close musical space to students.

The Esports Club participates in major tournaments such as "FOOTBALL PRO VTC" and "PUBG PC," and also organizes internal tournaments to develop the e-sports movement in the school.

DNA Club won First Prize in the "Rep your hood" contest and Third Prize at "Hanoi Harmony Star 2023," supporting 08 large and small events of the school.

Orientation for the new school year

The 2024-2025 school year promises to be a new breakthrough period for clubs at Dai Nam University. Each club will focus on promoting its strengths, while promoting activities that have been successful in the past year.

Community clubs continue to strengthen volunteer programs, targeting more disadvantaged areas, expanding cooperation with social organizations. Typical programs such as Green Summer, Warm Porridge, etc. continue to be promoted and expanded in scale, bringing sustainable values to the community.
