Note for students when receiving university diploma in 2024

1. On time: on the morning of July 13, 2024, be present from 6:00 to 6:30 to receive your shirt and check in; at 7:00, sit in the correct seat according to the assigned department at the central square.

2. Dress code: Must wear School dress code and recommended attire (white collared shirt).

4. Location of awarding degrees by faculty at the Halls: according to the following diagram

5. Reward time frame: students with academic achievements: gather at 3 HT from 9:00 to receive certificates

6. Students receive their diplomas according to the following time frames:

a) Great hall – Stage 1

- After the list of students from batch 1 and batch 2 have completed receiving their diplomas and moved out according to instructions, students from batch 5 and batch 6 move into the hall according to instructions.

- After the list of students from batches 3 and 4 have completed receiving their diplomas, they move out according to the instructions. Students from batches 7, 8 and 9 move into the hall according to the instructions.

b) Hall 1 – Phase 2

- After the list of students in batch 1 has completed receiving their diplomas, they move out according to the instructions. Students in batch 3 and 4 move into the hall according to the instructions.

- After the list of students in batch 2 has completed receiving their diplomas, they move out according to the instructions. Students in batch 5 and 6 move into the hall according to the instructions.

c) Hall 1 – Phase 2

- After the list of students from batches 1 and 2 have completed receiving their diplomas, they move out according to the instructions. Students from batches 4 and 5 move into the hall according to the instructions.

- After the list of students in batch 3 has completed receiving their diplomas, they move out according to the instructions. Students in batch 6 and 7 move into the hall according to the instructions.
