Today is a special day for Dai Nam University, all staff, lecturers, employees and students of all courses 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 gathered at the school's stadium to hold the Opening Ceremony of the new school year 2023 - 2024 and the Grand Concert to welcome 5,300 new students of K17 of the school. On behalf of the school's leadership, I would like to send my warmest greetings and best wishes to everyone attending today.

The new school year is always an important moment, a new opportunity for us to explore, learn and build the future together.

With nearly 14,000 students studying at Dai Nam University. We are proud and grateful for the trust of parents and generations of students. You are creating a very special community in our Dai Nam University.

Dear students!

The new school year has begun. The school, with a team of nearly 1,000 staff, lecturers and employees, is here to support and help you develop your knowledge, skills and personal values throughout this university journey. However, you should always try to learn, set goals and work hard. During this process, do not forget to build mutual learning relationships and promote solidarity.

Remember, learning is a long journey, success depends not only on knowledge but also on patience, confidence and accumulated experience. Always open your mind to new knowledge and ideas and do not be afraid of failure. From failure, we will learn many valuable things.

Dear students, please believe that at Dai Nam University you will not only learn knowledge but also have the opportunity to promote creative thinking, creating free people, diverse in ideas and perspectives, capable of asking questions and researching to contribute to the development of society.

At Dai Nam University, we always create all conditions from facilities to teaching staff so that teachers and students of Dai Nam University can express themselves, create creative projects to promote research, experience and development.

We are very proud of you and believe that you are capable of overcoming all challenges in studying at Dai Nam University. Enjoy every moment and learn from every experience at the University. Do not be afraid to step out of your comfort zone, make friends, join clubs, social activities and experience new things in life. Always understand that studying to gain good knowledge and develop good skills is not only for personal benefit but also an opportunity to contribute to solving social challenges and sustainable development for Vietnam. Think about the responsibility for the prosperity and development of the country. Dear teachers and school staff!

As teachers , we play a particularly important role in guiding and supporting students in their learning journey. Always be ready to listen, understand and sympathize. Be a friend, a brother, a sister, a father, a mother to them not only in studying but also as a spiritual support for them in life. Life is always moving and changing every day, teachers should manage and improve their skills to meet the increasingly diverse needs of the school's students.

Mr. Le Dac Son advised teachers to be like relatives to students, close to them, sharing with them not only in studying but also in daily life.

To the school staff , who today are represented in bright orange, the signature color of Dai Nam University, you have a particularly important role in contributing to the development of the school. Always work with dedication, enthusiasm, quality and discipline to bring lecturers and students the best conditions for them to teach and study.

The Chairman of the School Board hopes that the staff of the Department will continue to dedicate themselves to providing the best learning and teaching conditions for students and lecturers.

On this solemn opening ceremony, I would like to send my words to the teachers who are leaders of the Faculties . You are the leaders of a faculty, the commanders of the professions that you are studying. Use your knowledge and the strength of your heart to promote the development of your faculty. Be a true leader from your academic title, degree to experience and age to truly be an example for the younger generations of teachers to follow. We trust you to train students and young lecturers. Work with your heart to promote the quality of education of Dai Nam in particular and Vietnam in general.

For the leaders of the Departments, Mr. Le Dac Son advised that to promote the development of the unit, not only professional knowledge is needed but also strength from the heart.

To the teachers in the school's Board of Directors , we - the founders of Dai Nam University - place on your shoulders an important responsibility of managing and leading the staff, lecturers and employees of the school. Whether the path we have outlined for Dai Nam University is on the right track and on track or not depends largely on the management and guidance of the teachers. Teachers, please remember that an important part of the educational mission of Dai Nam University rests on your shoulders. However, today, you have returned to visit the school one by one at different times and that proves that our promise to you years ago has come true: "We will make you proud and not regret choosing to study at Dai Nam University..."

Today I want to tell you a few things. You have graduated, have gradually grown up and have a place in society.
