Successfully enrolled, each K17 student of Dai Nam University's Medical Faculty received a scholarship of 15 million VND and job referrals after graduation.

With the aim of selecting excellent students; providing financial support for students to study and train with peace of mind; ensuring the best conditions for practice, internship and job referrals for students after graduation, the Vietnam Private Hospital Association - a strategic partner of Dai Nam University, awarded entrance scholarships to new students of K17 in the Faculty of Medicine. Accordingly, each student who successfully enrolls will receive a scholarship worth 15 million VND and will be referred to a job after graduation.

The Business Scholarship Fund for new medical students is part of a training cooperation program between Dai Nam University and the Vietnam Private Hospital Association.

Thereby, the Association has the conditions to find and develop high-quality resources.

04 ways to become a medical student at Dai Nam University

In the 2023-2024 school year, Dai Nam University enrolls full-time undergraduate students in the General Medicine major (major code: 7720101) according to 04 admission methods. Specifically:

Method 1: Use the results of 03 subjects from the high school graduation exam results according to the registered combination for admission consideration.

Candidates whose exam results meet the quality assurance threshold prescribed by the School after receiving the 2023 high school graduation exam results, except for the Health Sector, as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training.

Method 2: Use the transcript results, scores of 3 subjects from the 12th grade high school study results according to the registered combination for admission consideration.

Medicine and Pharmacy majors must have a grade 12 academic record of Excellent or a high school graduation score of 8.0 or higher and a total score of 3 subjects according to the admission combination of ≥ 24 points.

Method 3: Direct admission according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and the School.

Method 4: Admission of foreign high school graduates.

Admission major: Medicine (50 quotas)

In addition to the general conditions as prescribed, candidates applying for admission must meet the following mandatory conditions to be considered for admission under this method:

Candidates must graduate from high school abroad or in Vietnam.

Have a grade 12 GPA of 7.0 or higher.

Foreigners studying in a training program in a language other than Vietnamese must comply with Article 5 and Article 6 of Circular 30/TT-BGDDT dated December 24, 2018 of the Minister of Education and Training on Management of Foreigners Studying in Vietnam.
