Every time there is a holiday, a camp, volunteering, blood donation, a media campaign, etc., people see a familiar figure: a dynamic T-shirt, a speaker in one hand, a microphone in the other, sometimes encouraging, sometimes carrying things, sometimes sitting with students cutting pieces of paper to stick on backdrops. As the Secretary of the Youth Union of Dai Nam University, Tuan Anh has never “put on” an image of authority. He is not there because of his title, but for a simple reason: students need him – and he wants to contribute.

From “Shy Student” to Inspirational Leader

Who would have thought that the person who now stands firmly in front of thousands of students was once a timid new accounting student, whose hands trembled when he first stood up to run for the position of Youth Union Secretary.

“Tuan Anh was very shy back then, but there was something special about him… he always wanted to do something for everyone. And do it well.” – Ms. Cao Thi Hoa, Vice Principal of Dai Nam University, recounted.

She still remembered the first time she met that small but responsible student – accidentally knocking down a senior, but staying to apologize, take care of him, take him to the doctor… No one asked. Just… the kind instinct of a caring person.

10 years – not a single step away from students

Tuan Anh graduated. But never left the "student battlefield".

From a former student to a staff member of the Student Management Office, then Deputy Secretary of the School Youth Union, and now Secretary of the School Youth Union - each position is a continuing journey of love and responsibility.

“Working with students, I realized that this job is very suitable for me. DNU students are not lazy, just need one person to light the fire, and they will burn!” – Tuan Anh laughed.

No speeches, no flowery words. But it was his simplicity, quiet dedication, timely and complete presence that made students trust and colleagues respect him.
