The traditional camp “Cultural tourism of regions – Keeping the homeland green forever” officially returned with a series of attractive activities. One of them is the Teambuilding program – Green Adventure. Thousands of staff, lecturers and students “joined hands” to overcome 05 stages of competition and together imprinted their handprints of commitment to protect the environment on the DNU globe.

The teams are ready to join the journey to protect the environment.

The development of modern society creates many factors that cause environmental pollution such as radiation, chemicals, increasing amounts of waste, depleted groundwater due to widespread construction; rivers and oceans are “screaming” because of waste, chemicals, and pollution; forests are heavily destroyed, the earth is getting hotter, the climate is changing suddenly… seriously affecting human life and health.

Faced with this situation, Dai Nam University could not stand still. The school's leadership decided to organize a traditional camping festival with the theme "Cultural tourism of regions - Keeping the homeland green forever" to connect and spread the message of joining hands to protect the environment, combat global climate change, improve health, form a positive lifestyle and awareness among all staff, lecturers, students and the community.

With the Teambuilding program, teams not only improve their intelligence and physical strength but also practice teamwork, solidarity, teamwork skills, sharing, listening, leadership, communication, etc.

The highlight of Teambuilding is the professionalism and thoroughness in the content, form and rules of the games. Each race is designed and supervised by teachers of the Soft Skills Training and Development Department, aiming to bring a vibrant, useful and fair program.

This year, each team must overcome 5 challenging stages including: Conquering Fansipan, exploring Son Doong Cave, crossing Hai Van Pass, crossing the East Sea, wading through Dong Thap Muoi. Each stage is a famous destination of the S-shaped land.

The enthusiasm of the young people before entering the challenging stages.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy - Head of Soft Skills Training and Development Department shared: "Through each challenge, we want the teams to once again look back at the beautiful scenery of Vietnam. If we want that beautiful scenery to last forever to visit, experience and introduce to international friends, we must be aware of preserving and protecting the environment."

Conquering Fansipan is a reminder: “One tree cannot make a forest, three trees together can make a high mountain”. To change and reach the finish line, the whole team must make efforts, work together, and act with one mind. Just like wanting to protect the environment, the whole society must work together. It is a shared responsibility, not the responsibility of any individual.

Young people determined to conquer Fansipan.

With the challenge of exploring Son Doong Cave, Dai Nam University is a message about the action of preserving Vietnam's scenic spots; so that nature can "live true" with its rustic, wild nature, without being harmed by commercialization.

Overcome challenges to find treasures at Son Doong cave.

The challenges “Crossing Hai Van Pass” and “Crossing the East Sea” will help members realize the importance of environmental protection. Nature gives us resources and landscapes, we must know how to exploit and use them reasonably.

Crossing Hai Van Pass requires the skill and concentration of the whole team.

The challenge of crossing the East Sea trains teamwork, solidarity, the ability to listen, understand, share, and work in groups.

By the end of the game, each player will understand that water is one of the four precious resources that the Earth has bestowed upon mankind. However, just one small act of waste by each individual can cause water resources to be depleted. Therefore, each person needs to use water sparingly and join hands to protect water resources.

The destination of the challenge is Dai Nam University Square. Here, members of each team will leave their handprints on the DNU globe. This is a commitment to the awareness and responsibility of environmental protection of each staff, lecturer and student of Dai Nam University; connecting and spreading this meaningful message to the whole society.

DNU teachers and students are committed to spreading environmental protection awareness to the whole society.
