Training entrepreneurial thinking for Dai Nam University students is an "immediate" task.

Entrepreneurship and innovation (KNĐMST) is the development orientation of Dai Nam University in the new development stage, vision 2030. Accordingly, Dai Nam University graduates must not only be good at professional knowledge, have solid professional skills, good foreign language and information technology skills, have discipline - good health foundation, soft skills and positive attitude but also have entrepreneurial spirit and mindset. With the aim of developing entrepreneurial thinking for students, on the morning of January 5, Dai Nam University signed a cooperation agreement on training entrepreneurial thinking with Bliss Education Joint Stock Company.

Attending the signing ceremony, on behalf of Dai Nam University, there were: Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the University Council, Board of Directors, leaders of Faculties, Departments, Offices and student representatives of the Faculties.

On the side of partner enterprises and guests, there were: Mr. Nguyen Van Khuong - Director of the Institute of Education and Environmental Sciences; Mr. Nguyen Van Khanh - Member of the Scientific Council, Institute of Education and Environmental Sciences; Mr. Nguyen Cuu Long - Director of Bliss Education Joint Stock Company.

Dr. Le Dac Son affirmed that the implementation of the innovative startup university model is in line with the trend of modern education.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Le Dac Son said: With the mission of providing knowledge for learners to develop comprehensively to adapt to the requirements of society, over the years, Dai Nam University has constantly innovated its training programs and educational methods to suit the trends and needs of society. Accordingly, KNDMST is the university model that Dai Nam University is focusing all its resources towards.

“The ultimate goal of the school is to find ways for students to learn by themselves, be independent, stand up for themselves and overcome difficulties to succeed. Only then can they have a job with a good income right after graduation, and even when they are still in their final year at school, they will have businesses recruiting them. I hope that the cooperation between Dai Nam University and Bliss Education JSC will provide students with skills and entrepreneurial thinking as a foundation for them to start a business and become a successful entrepreneur in the future…”, said Dr. Le Dac Son.

Mr. Nguyen Van Khuong shared: “Startup universities are a development trend of universities with capacity, potential, autonomy and dynamism. With the high determination of the University, I believe that this cooperation will achieve the results that both sides desire, creating a solid foundation for students to confidently implement their initiatives and innovative ideas, contributing to raising the level of the dynamic, developing and breakthrough Vietnamese startup ecosystem”.

Mr. Nguyen Van Khuong believes that the cooperation between Dai Nam University and Bliss Education JSC will create a brave and successful young generation in the future.

Important contents in training cooperation between the two sides

1. The two sides agreed to cooperate strategically and comprehensively in consulting, sponsoring, building and developing financial thinking education projects.

2. The two sides cooperate in researching, building and developing projects to popularize financial thinking, and establishing clubs for students at the school to meet the needs of raising awareness and writing startup ideas for students.

3. Organize activities to develop educational and training programs through competitions, seminars, and training; thereby finding and promoting student talents.

4. Cooperate in research, development and promotion of startup training projects through virtual reality models to support student startup projects.

What are the curriculum and teaching aids for training entrepreneurial thinking for DNU students?

Mr. Nguyen Cuu Long introduced teaching aids and curriculum for training entrepreneurial thinking for DNU students.

In addition, Mr. Nguyen Cuu Long also introduced a 3-year curriculum for students of Dai Nam University. Accordingly, in the first year, students learn about opening up financial thinking; in the second year, they plan for financial freedom; in the third year, they build a business model.
