That is the content of the internal training program for the 2023-2024 school year of Dai Nam University.

“Learning to change” has been the consistent policy and slogan of Dai Nam University for many years. To implement that policy and to keep up with the strong development of the school as well as meet the needs of society, Dai Nam University regularly organizes sessions to share, exchange experiences, and foster professional skills to improve the teaching capacity of staff and lecturers. This year, the internal training program for the 2023-2024 school year takes place from December 8 to 16 with 4 major topics related to the needs of lecturers and students in the 4.0 era.

Specifically, Dai Nam University has conducted a survey on students' wishes, thoughts and aspirations to make adjustments in training; as a basis for developing training topics suitable to the needs of learners and the development trends of society.

Through the 2023-2024 internal training program, teachers will better understand the profile of DNU students to make appropriate adjustments in teaching according to the wishes and needs of students; improve teaching skills and methods for lecturers; develop scientific research capacity for lecturers.

At the same time, it helps teachers have a more comprehensive view of the school's development strategy and goals; thereby building, perfecting and developing the culture of Dai Nam University in a synchronous and consistent manner according to the Brand Identity; forming standards for staff and lecturers of Dai Nam University.

The internal training program for the year 2023 - 2024 not only helps staff and lecturers improve their professional qualifications, gain more useful knowledge to support teaching, learning and scientific research, but also helps connect each individual with the school, maximize the potential capacity, creativity, and autonomy of every individual working and teaching at the school; all for the goal of constantly improving the quality of training and constantly growing of Dai Nam University.

The internal training program for the 2023-2024 school year includes 04 topics:

Topic 1: Identifying characteristics of Dai Nam University students and Building standards for Dai Nam University staff and lecturers shared by Ms. Cao Thi Hoa - Vice President of the University Council and Vice Principal of Dai Nam University.

Ms. Cao Thi Hoa will directly teach Topic 1: Identifying characteristics of Dai Nam University students and Building standards for Dai Nam University staff and lecturers.

Topic 2: Teaching methods at university presented by Ms. Le Thi Thanh Huong - Vice Principal, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy - Head of Department of Training and Soft Skills Development.

Specifically, Ms. Le Thi Thanh Huong shared about classroom management; student management; planning and developing quality lecture content; effective testing and evaluation methods...

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy shares specifically about active teaching methods suitable for GenZ students.

Topic 3: Presentation Slide Design Skills taught by Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy.

Topic 4: Scientific research methods shared by Professor, Dr. Nguyen Thi Tuyet Mai - National Economics University.

The internal training program for 2023 - 2024 takes place from December 8 - December 16. We invite teachers to attend in full according to the issued plan.
