With the motto "If teachers are happy, students will be happy and the school will be happy", Dai Nam University pays special attention to taking care of the material and spiritual life of all cadres, lecturers and employees; creating a dynamic - united - understanding and happy working environment. As one of the annual internal connection activities of the University, the vacation visit to Cua Lo beach - Nghe An (June 26 - 28) once again strengthened solidarity, pride and ignited the spirit of dedication and service to the education cause for nearly 1,000 cadres, lecturers and employees of Dai Nam University before the new school year 2023 - 2024.

Dr. Le Dac Son – Chairman of the University Council expressed his deep gratitude to all cadres, lecturers and staff for their enthusiasm and dedication to the Dai Nam University family over the past years; expecting further development and growth in the future.

“Hopefully the trip will leave many beautiful and warm memories for each cadre, lecturer and staff of Dai Nam University. Let's rest and relax after a successful 2022-2023 school year and prepare mentally for an explosive and successful 2023-2024 school year”, emphasized Dr. Le Dac Son.

“Dyeing” Cua Lo beach orange with the message “Work hard, play hard”

At the teambuilding program, teachers of Dai Nam University "dyed" Cua Lo beach orange with a spirit of solidarity; work hard, play hard. With the will and fighting spirit of warriors, 05 teams: Muc mot nang, Ngua dai chien, Dai Nam, Vui mot ty, Fire (fire) brought exciting and thrilling "chase" scenes for scores.

At this moment, all age and position gaps were erased. From the janitor, the security guard to the teachers, professors and doctors, everyone joined in the game with great enthusiasm, coordinated smoothly, determined to score points and "grab" the championship.

Teachers play extremely enthusiastically, party extremely hard.

Ms. Phan Thi Thanh Ha - Deputy Head of the QLTX Department of International Cooperation, Captain of the War Horse Team shared: "Although we are only in the janitorial department, we are always respected and treated equally; even somewhat more preferentially. Dai Nam is truly our big home, where everyone is loved completely."

The Horse War Team, with 50% of them being female cleaners, participated wholeheartedly.

DNU-ER, we are family

The Gala Dinner with the message “We are a family” once again affirmed the spirit of solidarity of all cadres, lecturers and staff of Dai Nam University. Here, teachers together watched beautiful footage of the teambuilding program; participated in exciting games, “party to the end” with special performances.

Teachers "joined in" with great enthusiasm, affirming the Dai Nam spirit of "work hard, play hard".

Before the end of the holiday, the whole group had a meaningful trip to visit Uncle Ho's hometown. This was a quiet moment for teachers to learn and share stories about President Ho Chi Minh, about the place that gave birth and nurtured a "great man" of the Vietnamese people and the world.

Visiting Uncle Ho's hometown, cadres, lecturers and staff are even more determined in the cause of developing the country's education; teaching young generations to become useful people for society.

Mr. Pham Van Hong - Principal shared: "I have never participated in such a vibrant and grand vacation program. The enthusiasm and "playfulness" of the teachers made me extremely excited and felt like I was reliving my youth."

Ms. Cao Thi Hoa - Vice Principal affirmed: "If you want to be happy, be alone. If you want to be happy, be together. And I choose happiness with Dai Nam University".

Ms. Le Thi Thanh Huong - Vice Principal said: "We had a lot of fun and dedicated days together. True to the DNU spirit of working hard and playing hard. Now is the time to "wind up" with work and get ready to welcome 2K5 students to the Dai Nam family".

Mr. Ngo Xuan Nguyen - Deputy Head of the Department of CT-QP-TC said: "This is the first year I have returned to Dai Nam and participated in such a meaningful vacation. Truly, Dai Nam is a family, extremely united and passionate."

Mr. Nguyen Trong Viet - Deputy Head of Admissions Department expressed: "Although I have been with Dai Nam University for 6 years, due to the nature of my work, this is the first time I have participated in the school's teambuilding activities. I feel happier, more positive and younger when I join my teammates to "go all out" in teambuilding games and group activities".

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy - Head of the Department of Training and Soft Skills Development was moved: "As someone who specializes in organizing teambuilding for students, I rarely get to experience the emotions of the players. Now I feel it... Too much, too excited, too enthusiastic, too happy. I am grateful to be a member of the Dai Nam University family".

With understanding, solidarity, and motivation after the trip, DNU officers, lecturers, and staff will certainly devote their hearts and minds to developing Dai Nam University further, becoming a leading university in the Vietnamese education system.
