During the first two years of study, medical students will be equipped with basic scientific and medical knowledge to form a solid foundation for acquiring professional knowledge in the last four years of the training program.

In addition, right from the first year, medical students are also taught basic English, IT, Soft Skills, General Law... to confidently obtain a practice certificate after graduation.

Medical training is a special training field, the study period lasts 6 years with a large amount of knowledge and study time, students have to study all day, morning theory, afternoon practice.

In 2013, Dai Nam University officially trained medical personnel with two majors: University Pharmacy and Nursing, attracting thousands of students.

In 2017, Dai Nam University prepared to build conditions for facilities, staff - lecturers, training programs to submit to the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Education and Training for permission to train in Medicine.

The training program of the Faculty of Medicine of Dai Nam University is built according to CDIO, based on the competency standards of general practitioners issued by the Vietnamese Ministry of Health in 2014. The training quality reaches the best level suitable for the tuition fees of students.

In 2024, Dai Nam University (school code DDN) will enroll students in the Medical major in 3 ways:

1. Consider 2024 high school graduation exam scores.

2. Consider high school transcripts.
