10 things to remember 1 day before the National High School Exam

These are very important notes on exam day , you absolutely must not forget.
1. In previous years, candidates may not need to come to complete the exam procedures. However, this year, on June 30 (the day of exam procedures), candidates must bring their exam notice and ID card to exchange the exam notice for an exam card with the candidate's photo attached.
2. If there are any errors in the last name, middle name, first name, date of birth, priority subjects, priority areas, it must be reported immediately to the examination council staff for timely handling. In case of loss of ID card or other necessary documents, it must be reported immediately to the head of the examination site for consideration and handling on the day of examination procedures (June 30).
In case the candidate is busy and cannot come to complete the procedures, on the first exam day (July 1), the candidate needs to come early to change the exam card (note that on the exam day, errors will be very difficult to resolve, so if there are any errors, they must be reported immediately on June 30).
3. Candidates must arrive at the testing site approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Candidates who arrive more than 15 minutes late after the test start time signal will not be allowed to take the test.
4. When taking the exam, you must bring documents such as exam card, ID card, high school diploma (original or copy issued by the Department of Education and Training, do not use photocopies) for independent candidates.
5. Only bring into the examination room the items permitted by regulations, including: pens, pencils, compasses, erasers, rulers, calculators without text editing functions and without memory cards; Vietnam geography atlas for the geography exam (published by Vietnam Education Publishing House, not marked or written with any additional content); audio and video recorders that only have the function of recording information but cannot transmit information and cannot receive direct audio and visual signals without other supporting devices.
6. Candidates are not allowed to bring into the examination room weapons, explosives, flammable substances, alcoholic beverages, carbon paper, correction pens, documents, communication devices or information storage devices that can be used to cheat during the examination.
7. Candidates absolutely must not bring mobile phones into the examination room. If a mobile phone is brought into the examination room, even if it is turned off and not in use, if discovered, the candidate will be suspended from the examination.
If you bring a mobile phone, you can leave it with the volunteers at the test site , or leave it where the test invigilator instructs you.
8. When entering the examination room, candidates must sit in the correct position with their registration number. When receiving the examination paper, they must carefully check the number of pages and the quality of the printed pages.
If you discover that the exam paper is missing pages or is torn, damaged, smudged, or blurred, you must immediately report it to the invigilator in the exam room, no later than 15 minutes after distributing the exam paper.
Before taking the test, you must write your registration number (both letters and numbers) in full on the test paper, test paper, multiple-choice answer sheet (TLTN), and scratch paper. Do not mark or make your own symbols, do not write in pencil except to draw circles with a compass and fill in the boxes on the TLTN; write in only one type of ink (do not use red ink).
Keep the test paper intact and avoid being exploited by others. If you discover that someone else has tampered with your test paper, you must immediately report it to the invigilator for handling.
9. When submitting the exam, you must clearly state the number of exam papers submitted and sign the exam receipt. If you cannot complete the exam, you must still submit the exam paper and the answer sheet. Do not submit scratch paper. You must complete the exam on the pre-printed answer sheet according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Only the registration number, test code and answer boxes may be filled in with black pencil. If you fill in the wrong box or want to change your answer, you must erase the pencil from the old box and then fill in the box of your choice.
Fill in the blank fields above the TLTN form accurately and completely. For the registration number, fill in all the letters and fill in all the numbers (all 6 boxes, including the zeros in front); fill in the correct exam code on the two exam receipts.
10. Candidates are not allowed to leave the examination room during the multiple-choice test. For essay tests, candidates may leave the examination room and examination area after 2/3 of the examination time has elapsed. Candidates must submit their examination papers, test papers, and scratch paper before leaving the examination room.
List of calculators allowed in the exam room:
According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, the calculators that candidates are allowed to bring into the examination room are those that do not have a text editing function and do not have a memory card to store data. These calculators include: Casio FX 570 MS, FX 570 ES, FX 570 ES Plus and FX 570 VN Plus, FX 95, FX 220, FX 500A, FX 500 MS, FX 500 ES, FX 500VN Plus; VinaCal 500MS, 570 MS, 570 ES Plus and 570 ES Plus II; Vietnam Calculator VN-500RS, VN 500 ES, VN 500 ES Plus Function, VN 570 RS, VN 570 ES and VN-570ES Plus; Sharp EL 124A, EL 250S, EL 506W, EL 509WM; Canon F-788G, F-789GA and equivalent computers.
