Application form for additional admission wishes

Deputy Minister of Education and Training Bui Van Ga said that in the additional admission rounds, after registering for admission to a school, candidates are not allowed to change their wishes and cannot withdraw their application to transfer to another school.

Candidates use the barcode number of each Certificate of Examination Results to register for a single school; submit the Registration Form (according to the form below) by one of the following methods:

- Submit to the Department of Education and Training or high school as specified by the Department of Education and Training.

- By post using express delivery.

- Submit directly to school.

Upon admission, candidates must bring their Certificate of Exam Results to complete admission procedures at the school.

For the Departments of Education and Training, within the prescribed time for each registration period, the organization shall receive the candidates' registration; transfer the candidates' registration data to universities and colleges. At the end of each admission period, send the list of candidates to the Ministry and keep the candidates' registration forms.

For universities and colleges, the Ministry requires schools to regularly update registration information and update the list of candidates in their registration data.

Organize admission exams, announce admission results on the school's website and send admission notices to candidates.
