According to the latest report in the labor market, the unemployment rate is increasing alarmingly but the Business Administration industry is facing a serious shortage every year. This paradox requires a solution towards social balance.
According to the latest report in the labor market, the unemployment rate is increasing alarmingly but the Business Administration industry is facing a serious shortage every year. This paradox requires a solution towards social balance.
According to recent research by economic experts, the shortage of highly qualified human resources in the fields of Business Administration accounts for about 40% of the total labor demand in the market and the growth rate must reach about 50% to meet the current market. Through a survey of 100 businesses, 85% said that they have to spend an average of 3-6 months to retrain graduates to meet the minimum job requirements. This poses a very difficult problem for businesses: Accept weak human resources in the field of Business Administration or spend time and money to train them from the beginning so that they know how to work?
Thus, it can be seen that the teaching methods and study programs of many schools are still heavily theoretical, lacking in close connection with reality, making it impossible for many students to have the minimum knowledge and skills to undertake the simplest job requirements. Most of the current training programs are based on the conversion from previous bachelor's programs in economics and management combined with the reception of some subjects from foreign universities to convert to business administration, so there is an interweaving, patchwork and most importantly, a lack of logic in the program.
