With the awareness that the staff and lecturers are the key to determining the quality of training, Dai Nam University pays special attention to developing and improving the capacity of the staff and lecturers. Over 12 years of construction and development, the University has always strived to maximize the potential, creativity and autonomy of all individuals working and teaching at the University. With the desire to continue to inspire and motivate all staff and lecturers, and further promote achievements, on the day of the University's founding (November 14), Dai Nam University organized a "Training to improve the capacity of staff and lecturers" at the Great Hall - Phu Lam campus - Ha Dong - Hanoi. The person directly training was the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Le Dac Son.

As one of the important goals in the Development Strategy of Dai Nam University to 2025, vision 2030 , training to improve the capacity of staff and lecturers is a practical activity that contributes to building a team of professional staff and lecturers, good at their expertise, enthusiastic in their work and wanting to stay long-term with their workplace.
Not only does this activity help each individual have the opportunity to study and improve their professional qualifications, it also helps to connect each individual with the school, maximize the potential, creativity, and autonomy of every individual working and teaching at the school, all for the goal of constantly improving the quality of training and constantly growing Dai Nam University.
Participating in the Capacity Building Training Session, the school's staff and lecturers will be directly shared by Dr. Le Dac Son about the contents related to personal capacity development, self-discovery, and adjusting thinking - action - attitude to become factors with ideals in life, positive attitudes and happiness at work.
Participating in the training is both a right and a good opportunity for each member to love the cultural values that the University has created over the past 12 years; to better understand the strategic goals set by the University's Board of Directors for the next 5-10 years. And more than that, to have more strength to work together with the University's Board of Directors to continue to bring the "ship" of Dai Nam University to new achievements in the shortest time.
