On March 4, at the Hanoi National University of Education Gymnasium, 136 Xuan Thuy - Cau Giay - Hanoi, a football match took place between Dai Nam University and Foreign Trade University. The program was part of the 2018 National Student Sports Tournament (VUG) with the Futsal category.
The National Student Football Tournament is an annual tournament with the desire to create a useful playground for students who are passionate about the king sport nationwide. VUG 2018 has the biggest change in the scale of the tournament. Different from the previous 4 seasons, VUG increased the number of organizing areas from 3 to 6 cities, with the participation of more than 70 universities. This year's tournament. In the Hanoi area, 24 teams are divided into 4 groups. Each group takes the top 2 teams to enter the quarterfinals.
In this year's season, Dai Nam University participated in matches with Foreign Trade University (March 4, 2018), National Academy of Public Administration (March 10, 2018), Oriental University (March 11, 2018), University of Architecture (March 17, 2018) and Academy of Policy and Development.
