At a time like this, Mr. Bui Quang Thai, Deputy Head of the Department of Examination Management and Education Quality Assessment, Hanoi Department of Education and Training, reminded candidates to always be careful, remember to change their passwords and keep their accounts confidential, and should not share them with others. In case you forget your account and password, you can contact the place of registration to request a new one, but this should also be very limited.
Records at the registration application receiving points in Hanoi recently show that the errors and mistakes that candidates often make are mainly related to the priority subject section. According to the request of the Ministry of Education and Training, when filling out the registration form, candidates must self-identify the priority subject, write the correct priority subject symbol according to the regulations of the regular university and college admission regulations, and if they make dishonest declarations, they will be strictly handled.
TS also needs to remember that if they are in the priority category, they must submit all legal documents when enrolling at the school. Incorrectly declaring priority categories can lead to serious consequences, affecting their admission results. For example, if they are not in the priority category, but make a mistake, or intentionally declare differently to get extra points, then when they are admitted, the "post-inspection" stage of the university will certainly not miss this case. Guarantee the registration rights of candidates
The Ministry of Education and Training stipulates that the declaration and adjustment of personal information, wishes, exam subjects, exam clusters, etc. of candidates registering for the 2016 national high school exam can only be done from now until April 30. Mr. Bui Quang Thai reminded candidates that if they have submitted their application but need to adjust or supplement information, they must do so within the prescribed time limit.
In addition, when submitting the application at the last moment of the registration period, candidates still need to stay calm and remember that as soon as they receive their account and password, they must confirm their information by logging in and comparing the information on the Ministry of Education and Training system with Form No. 2 that the registration unit has given them to promptly detect errors. If this step is skipped, it is possible that due to some incident or problem, the candidate's wishes or exam rights will be incorrect.
Teacher Nguyen Huu Dong, Principal of Thach Ban High School, said that in the 2015-2016 school year, the school had 347 12th grade students registering for the national high school exam . The organization of the admission started from the class unit, then transferred to the school's national high school exam service department. The work of receiving the candidates' documents has been basically completed at this point. However, from now until April 30, the final deadline for registration, if any information errors are discovered or there are any adjustments to the wishes, the candidates still have the right to edit and supplement, the school is ready to respond.
At Viet Duc High School, the school's high school exam service department is currently busy receiving student applications. According to Principal Nguyen Quoc Binh, the school has 628 12th graders. They have been informed and given detailed instructions on how to fill out their application and have nearly a month to consider and decide on their application. The last few days are mainly for students to review the information they have filled out in their application.
Mr. Ngo Van Chat, Head of the Examination Management and Education Quality Assessment Department, Hanoi Department of Education and Training, said: According to regulations, the deadline for submitting the 2016 national high school exam registration documents is April 30. Depending on each specific case, schools can complete the enrollment process earlier, but must ensure the registration rights of all candidates.
If any candidate wishes to adjust or supplement information or wishes in the registration file, the school must fully respond and absolutely not, for any reason, affect the candidate's registration rights. After April 30, any adjustments in the registration file are invalid, and candidates are absolutely not allowed to change the exam cluster and information about the registered exam subjects.
Some milestones candidates need to remember
- June 9: Announcement of candidates who are not allowed to take the exam.
- Before June 15: Students receive the Exam Notification Form at their current school. Independent candidates receive it at the Department of Education and Training.
- June 30: Candidates go to the exam location to listen to the exam regulations.
- From July 1 to 4: Candidates take the exam according to schedule.
- July 25: Announcement of high school graduation results.
