Dialogue with students of the Faculty of Finance and Banking to promote democracy among students

Attending the dialogue were Dr. Le Thi Thanh Huong - Head of Training Department, MSc. Duong Trong Chau - Head of Student Management Department, Ms. Thai Thu Phuong - Deputy Head of Administration Department. Along with all staff, lecturers and students of the Faculty of Finance and Banking.

Dialogue with students is an activity organized annually by the Board of Directors of the Faculty of Finance and Banking so that students in the Faculty can frankly discuss all issues in the learning process with the teachers in the Board of Directors of the Faculty and the School. Dialogue is also an opportunity for the Faculty to better understand the students as well as to strengthen the relationship between students and the Faculty and the School.

The dialogue attracted the attention of many students.

All questions related to studying, internship, training; retaking classes, retaking exams, improving scores or bonus points and rewards for class officers... are frankly asked by students to teachers.

Regarding the issue of internships and practice; the schedule of the Faculty of Finance and Banking, on behalf of the Faculty, Ms. Le Thi Xuan - Head of the Faculty of Finance and Banking emphasized: "Up to now, it can be said that the Faculty of Finance and Banking is one of the faculties that has done very well in introducing internship and practice places for students of the Faculty. In the summer of 2014, the Faculty introduced 50 students to do internships, they gave very positive feedback and many of them were later hired."

Issues of training, studying, TOEIC exams or Soft Skills subjects are of particular interest to students. Regarding this issue, Ms. Le Thi Thanh Huong gave very clear, accurate and satisfying answers to students.

Dr. Le Thi Thanh Huong - Head of Training Department not only answered questions but also shared and encouraged students' learning spirit.

Not only are these answers from the position of the head of the school's training department, Ms. Thanh Huong also shares very intimately with students, including transfer students: " Dai Nam University is a school that highly values democracy among students. The school always creates the best conditions for students to study and achieve high results upon graduation. Therefore, I really hope that students will be diligent and invest their time in studying. In order for society to eliminate prejudices about a private school, you yourself must do it, remove social barriers to private schools and contribute to building Dai Nam University to develop more and more from your own learning results ."

Regarding students' complaints about hygiene and facilities: projectors, fans, classrooms, etc., Ms. Thai Thu Phuong has responded and promised to resolve them as soon as possible to serve the students' learning.

Students enthusiastically asked questions and discussed with teachers.

The dialogue with students of the Faculty of Finance and Banking took place in a lively and democratic atmosphere. The dialogue ended with the joy of the students when their questions were answered very reasonably by the teachers. Through this, the students also partly understood the hardships of the teachers to bring students the best learning and living conditions.
