Digital Marketing is a new industry in Vietnam. Applying convenient tools combined with marketing in the Digital Marketing teaching process to improve the quality of training as well as help learners acquire specific knowledge about the process of reporting and analyzing data, tracking customer behavior and better managing the digital marketing system.
Digital Marketing is a marketing activity that uses electronic devices connected to the internet to connect with customers to advertise products, services, brands of organizations, agencies or businesses with the purpose of marketing, consulting and attracting many potential customers, turning potential customers into reality to improve business efficiency.

1. Useful tools in Digital Marketing Training
One is the group of tools about Analytics & Data. Including: Google Analytics, SEO quake, Social Media Analytics, Ahref….
Google Analytics is a tool to analyze information and evaluate website effectiveness, popular keywords, analyze user behavior on the website, etc.
SEOquake is a tool that creates data reports by linking data from many different sources to create data analysis tabs: Page tags, Internal links, External links...
Social Media Analytics is a tool for analyzing and synthesizing media data integrated into social networks (Facebook, Zalo, Twitter, etc.) to develop specific strategies for each different social network.
Second, the SEO & Blog tool group. Includes: Uber Suggest, Google Keyword Planner; Yoast SEO.

With the motto of training high-quality human resources in the era of technology, to promote the effective use of convenient tools in teaching Digital Marketing, the School has been carrying out activities focusing on:
Firstly, invest in purchasing copyrighted tools in the Digital Marketing industry, such as: Content tools - Content support tools; Social Manage - Social network management tools such as Social baker, Twitter; Social Listening - Social network monitoring and listening tools; Email Marketing - Email support tools: Email hunter, Getresponse, Mailchimp...; Multimedia Design - Tools to support designing images, videos, icons, fonts; Digital Marketing Resources - Websites specializing in Digital Marketing,...
Second, classify and use the correct function of each tool corresponding to each topic and content. Classify tools according to function, tools belonging to the data analysis group will be applied to teach subjects on synthetic analysis; the group of tools for promotion will be applied in subjects related to media marketing or social media listening.
Third, apply the Pareto Rule of 20% theory, 80% practice. With the characteristics of Digital Marketing, students must practice a lot to master the nature of each tool, thereby generalizing for themselves accurate scientific knowledge to apply in practice, meeting the needs of businesses and the market.
Fourth, cooperate with businesses in the process of testing and evaluation. To ensure the quality of training human resources in the Digital Marketing industry, in addition to studying at school, students must intern at businesses. According to the analysis of the Ministry of Education and vocational training institutions, Digital Marketing with the number of human resources in the next few years is not enough to meet the needs of society.
