Programming is the most basic skill of the IT industry, the first “barrier” that IT workers must conquer. Programming is simply knowing how to “talk” to the computer and master it, so that the computer can serve us.

If you know how to program, you don’t need to be very proficient, just master the 6 “tricks” of the Faculty of Information Technology, Dai Nam University, you will definitely have a good job at any company. Whether you work as a tester, system administrator or data analyst, programming will still be a skill that will help you get a better position and get promoted faster. If you want to continue your graduate studies, research technology, programming will still be a lifelong advantage for you.

Programming is the first "barrier" that IT workers must conquer.

At universities specializing in IT in Vietnam, including Dai Nam University, students still have a fear of programming. They are afraid that they will be lazy, lazy and bad, and after a long time they will lose their basics, and taking classes in the upper years will make them more and more exhausted, and even more lazy. Therefore, many students are discouraged, drop out of school, do not listen to lectures or skip class because they cannot absorb new knowledge. In the end, they will have a very difficult time graduating and finding a job.

The Faculty of Information Technology, Dai Nam University, has launched a campaign to "eliminate programming illiteracy" to help students after the first semester of the 2021-2022 school year eliminate "programming illiteracy".

With the campaign to "eliminate illiteracy" in programming, all IT students will be proficient and good at programming in the 2021-2022 school year.

Programming is not just for smart people

Students from K15 will follow a new training program. According to this program, they will not be able to be “programming blind”. Students from K12, K13, K14 who are still “programming blind” and above will be helped to completely solve the problem of “programming blindness”.

The most important thing is that you will have to determine that programming is not only for smart people. Everyone can program at a normal level. After you grasp the programming mindset and have experience with a programming language, you can learn any language within 1 week. For those who are diligent and good, it can be done in just 3 days. Why? Programming is not difficult. Many high school and even elementary school students can learn programming, why can't we? You find it difficult for two reasons: you don't know how to learn and you haven't practiced properly.

The Faculty of Information Technology will organize seminars during the week from September 13 to September 18 on Programming skills. Teachers will share programming experiences and simple issues to pay attention to in programming. After that, we will have tutoring classes based on new thinking and methods. Good students will help average students, average students will help poor students. Besides you, there will be experienced and enthusiastic teachers ready to help you.

Once you are no longer blind to programming, you will certainly find learning IT easier and you will have a very bright career prospect even before graduation. And who knows, you may be passionate about programming and want to learn this profession to the fullest. At that time, the Faculty of Information Technology will organize short-term programming expert training courses, so that you can learn the "tricks" and "unique" skills of programming. Even students from other schools and engineers working in businesses want to learn these classes.

Once again, DNU IT department affirms: If you want to continue studying at a higher level, researching technology, programming is still a lifelong advantage for you.
