Does Dai Nam University offer bridging training in Pharmacy?

Regarding this issue, the Ministry of Education and Training responded to Ms. Hoai as follows:

Dai Nam University has been permitted by the Ministry of Education and Training to train in Pharmacy at the full-time university level according to Decision No. 2965/QD-BGDDT dated August 14, 2013 of the Ministry of Education and Training.

According to the regulations on joint training at college and university levels issued together with Circular No. 55/2012/TT-BGDDT dated December 25, 2012 of the Ministry of Education and Training and Circular 08/2015/TT-BGDDT amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Regulations on joint training at college and university levels issued together with Circular No. 55/2012/TT-BGDDT, Article 6 of Circular 55/2012/TT-BGDDT stipulates that the authority to decide on joint training is "The head of the higher education institution decides on joint training from intermediate vocational level to college level or from college level to university level" provided that the conditions for organizing joint training specified in Article 4 of Circular 55/2012/TT-BGDDT are met.

Thus, the decision to open a joint training course from college to university in the regular Pharmacy program is under the authority of the President of Dai Nam University. Dai Nam University is responsible for organizing enrollment, organizing training and granting university graduation degrees in the regular Pharmacy program according to current regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and the bachelor's degree granted by Dai Nam University belongs to the national diploma system recognized by the State.
