However, businesses that are weak, have products that are not new and attractive, and do not have good competitive strategies will make losses and bankruptcy is an inevitable consequence. Society lacks human resources in the field of Economic Law
In particular, during the period of economic opening, many foreign enterprises invested in Vietnam and economic integration expanded, which required enterprises to pay special attention to in-depth understanding of economic law in order to cooperate, exchange and develop sustainably.
However, not all organizations have personnel in charge of corporate relations, who have a good grasp of economic law to support sustainable operations. This is a shortcoming in human resource recruitment and future strategic planning. However, many organizations and businesses are constantly recruiting talented people but cannot find qualified personnel who can take on the position of economic law staff. This is both an opportunity and a challenge for graduates of Economic Law when pursuing their passion in this field.
What can students do after graduating from Economic Law?
Economic Law is an open and multi-opportunity field. After graduation, students can take on many roles, typically:
- Legal consultant in businesses and socio-economic organizations
- Specialists performing legal services of lawyers or law practitioners in legal service organizations
- Legislative, executive and judicial experts in state agencies at all levels
- Research and teach economic law at research institutes and educational institutions.
Currently, some prestigious schools in the country are training quality staff in the field of Economic Law such as Hanoi Law University, Ho Chi Minh City Law University, ... especially Dai Nam University, a private school but has a different training program, focusing on practical practice for students after graduation.
