Accordingly, to ensure the quality of multiple-choice test scoring and respond to changes in the organization of the national high school exam , the Ministry of Education and Training requires the units in charge of the exam clusters to review the multiple-choice test scoring process and propose adjustments (if necessary) to ensure the confidentiality and quality of the test scoring.
The marking process must ensure management and supervision of all stages, specify the tasks of each individual participating in marking; and be able to identify and assign responsibility to each individual when there are errors affecting the marking results.
Review the functions and upgrade (if necessary) the multiple-choice test scoring software, ensuring that the software meets the requirements of the above scoring process.
The software must be clearly authorized; after scanning the test, it must be checked to check for all logical errors and correct technical errors (if any) in the scanning process;
All changes to the exam scan data by the examiner must be checked by the administrator and saved by the software; the data must be exported in the correct structure to report to the Ministry.
The Ministry of Education and Training said it will support the units hosting the exam clusters (if needed) to upgrade and perfect the multiple-choice scoring software to meet the new requirements of the national high school exam .
