Establish a specialized team to answer questions about admissions at universities and colleges

The Ministry of Education and Training has just requested universities, academies, colleges and universities to carry out a number of tasks to support candidates in university and college admissions for the additional admission round.
According to the Ministry of Education and Training, in the first admissions to full-time universities and colleges in 2015, there were candidates who changed their admissions wishes but the universities and colleges did not promptly update the admissions list.
To ensure the rights of candidates, schools are requested to compile a list of these candidates and report to the Ministry of Education and Training for unified handling instructions.
To promptly answer questions from candidates and parents regarding university and college admissions, the Ministry of Education and Training requires schools to establish specialized working groups to answer questions related to university and college admissions in 2015 .
The working group is responsible for welcoming, supporting and providing complete and accurate information to candidates and parents about university and college admissions;
Arrange for people with expertise in university and college admissions to participate in the Working Group ;
Arrange office, computer, telephone and other necessary conditions for the activities of the Working Group;
