The formation and development of the Faculty of Accounting is closely linked to the construction and development of Dai Nam University. It is a faculty with many achievements in teaching, scientific research and movement activities. The staff, lecturers and students of the Faculty of Accounting are always proud of having studied and worked in a friendly and professional environment. Graduates of the faculty are confident in participating in recruitment and are accepted to work in large organizations and enterprises. Accounting bachelors are highly appreciated for their professional knowledge, professional skills and professional and responsible working attitude.

Participating in the management and training of the Accounting Department, in addition to professors and doctors who have taught for many years at major universities, the team of young lecturers recruited are mostly experts working in the fields of accounting, finance and taxation. The lecturers are all trained in standard university teaching pedagogy and are highly appreciated by generations of students. With a team of lecturers with high theoretical qualifications, who have been and are participating in activities in the field of Accounting - Auditing, they have been responsible for teaching specialized subjects: Accounting principles; Financial accounting (applied to types of enterprises such as: trade, production, construction and services); Machine accounting; Banking accounting; Management accounting; Business analysis; Corporate financial analysis; Basic auditing; Financial statement auditing; Tax accounting; Career administrative accounting; International accounting; Internal auditing; Operational auditing and compliance auditing; Organization of accounting work and accounting apparatus; Accounting information system; … In addition, the Accounting Department has constantly innovated practice and internship in virtual accounting rooms and at enterprises to train and improve professional skills, update the application of international financial reporting standards and Vietnamese accounting standards.

II. TRAINING OBJECTIVES

Accounting is an indispensable tool in the management of each organization. Job opportunities for accounting are very wide and it is easy to find a job with attractive income in all economic conditions. Therefore, the goal of the Faculty is to train Accounting bachelors with good professional ethics and health, mastering basic knowledge of socio-economics, having professional and independent working skills in the field of accounting and auditing; analyzing business activities, having skills in planning accounting and auditing policies in organizations. Graduates can work in enterprises and administrative - career units. In addition, students are also equipped with soft skills, modern foreign language knowledge (English according to TOEIC standards - 450 points) to meet labor requirements in the context of international integration.

To achieve that goal, the Faculty of Accounting - Dai Nam University always acts with the motto "Learning goes hand in hand with practice", closely combining theory and practice through internship programs at enterprises and "Practicing general accounting at virtual enterprises". Students are taught and worked as professional general accountants right from their school days. Completing the general practice program, students practice skills and work experience equivalent to 02 years of practical work, helping students feel confident when applying for accounting positions in organizations and enterprises.
