Handing over and putting into use GD2 building - Dai Nam University construction project phase 2 / 1,800 billion VND

Representatives of the Board of Directors; representatives of faculties, departments, and divisions in the school and representatives of the contractor of ACC Aviation Construction Corporation under the Air Defense - Air Force - Ministry of National Defense directly inspected and handed over each construction item of GD2 building.

After 1 year of construction, GD2 building was officially handed over and put into use in the 2022-2023 school year.

The entire GD2 with 80 lecture halls, 8 high-tech computer labs, 02 sloping halls (400 seats), library (700m2), 10 offices will officially come into use in the 2022-2023 school year.

Speaking at the handover ceremony, Ms. Cao Thi Hoa - Vice Principal of the school said: “GD2 building officially started construction on January 10, 2021. After 1 year of construction (not counting 3 months of suspension due to social distancing), the project was completed on schedule. This is a great effort of the school and ACC Aviation Construction Corporation. With a modern design, maximum usability, best meeting the needs of digital transformation in education, GD2 building is an ideal teaching, learning and research environment for teachers and students; meeting the development requirements of Dai Nam University in the new period.”

Currently, Dai Nam University is continuing to build the Rector's Administration Building and the Startup Center. These are the next two projects of the Dai Nam University Complex Construction Project Phase 2 with a total investment of 1,800 billion VND. It is expected that these two projects will be accepted and put into use on April 30, 2023.

The lecture hall system of GD2 building is modernly designed with full equipment (air conditioning, ceiling fans, sound system, soundproofing, cameras, projectors, boards, tables, etc.) to ensure the best service for teaching and learning.

In particular, the fire prevention and fighting system invested in by the School is modernly designed, ensuring strict inspection procedures of the authorities and is accepted right in the first inspection.
