How to register for university and college entrance exams in 2016?

To apply for admission to universities and colleges in 2016, candidates must fill in the application form with their personal information accurately.

Candidates should note that the application form can be obtained from the schools or downloaded by themselves, then filled in with their personal information and sent to the schools. This information must be filled in accurately to ensure your rights and avoid future errors.

The application form has the following content:

The application form contains a lot of information related to priority policies, schools and majors. Candidates need to read this information carefully to fill it out correctly.

1- Registration number, ID number: Must be recorded accurately and consistently with the information in the exam registration form.

2- Registration code: Write the exact registration code specified in the candidate's Examination Result Certificate.

3- "Priority admission" section:

Candidates who do not use the right of direct admission, when registering for admission to the school, must mark "X" in the box next to it and at the same time:

a) Fill in after the "Object" item one of the symbols from 01 to 04 according to the following regulations:

- Candidates winning prizes in the national excellent student selection exam: 01

- Candidates winning prizes in the National Science and Technology Competition: 02

- Candidates winning gold medals in national first-class championships held once a year: 03

- Candidates recognized as national masters by the Sports and Physical Training Committee: 04.

b) Fill in after the "Type of Award, Medal" section: the awards and medals you have achieved.

c) Fill in after the "Prize-winning subject" section: the subject or sport in which the prize or medal was won. For candidates who won a prize in a National Science and Technology Competition, briefly write the name of the prize-winning topic.

3. "Priority mode" section:

If the candidate needs to adjust the priority status (compared to the information in the Registration Form), he/she needs to mark "X" in the corresponding box and in the "priority area" section, fill in one of the codes KV1, KV2-NT, KV2 or KV3 corresponding to his/her priority area. In the "priority object" section, fill in one of the symbols from 01 to 07 corresponding to his/her priority object (if not in the priority object, leave blank).

4. Candidates confirm the priority by region and priority by admission subject. If the priority is different from the application, the box "Priority has changed compared to the application for the national high school exam" must be checked. Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of this information.

6. "Registration wishes" section:

Candidates do not have to register all their wishes. Unregistered wishes must be crossed out to confirm.

7. Section "Registered for admission to another school"

- Candidates only apply to 1 school or 1 group of schools: do not fill in information in this section;

- Candidates applying to 2 schools or 1 school and 1 group of schools: mark "X" in the box next to it and fill in all the information about the second school that the candidate applies to.

When filling out the application form, candidates need to fully write down the address to receive the admission notice, email and especially phone number so that schools can contact them when information needs to be exchanged.
