Below are the levels of handling exam room violations for candidates.
Reprimand
Reprimand for candidates who commit a single mistake: Looking at or exchanging papers with other candidates. This form is decided by the invigilator in the minutes.
Warning
Warning for candidates who violate one of the following errors: Having been reprimanded once but still violating the exam regulations at the reprimand level during the exam of that subject; exchanging test papers or scratch paper with other candidates; copying another candidate's test or letting another candidate copy their test.
You can't fool the proctor, so don't cheat.
The form of disciplinary warning is decided by the invigilator in the minutes drawn up, along with evidence (if any).
Suspension of examination
Suspension of the exam for candidates who violate one of the following errors: Having been warned once but during the exam of that subject, they continue to violate the exam regulations at the level of reprimand or warning;
Bringing illegal items according to the regulations in Article 14 of the National High School Examination Regulations . Items prohibited from being brought into the exam include explosives, weapons, alcoholic beverages, carbon paper, erasers, documents, communication devices or information storage devices that can be used to cheat during the exam and marking process; taking exam papers out of the exam room or receiving answers from outside into the exam room.
Please note that you absolutely must not bring your cell phone into the exam room, even if it is turned off. Although the prohibition of bringing cell phones into the exam room has been repeatedly mentioned, every year there are candidates who are suspended from the exam for this violation. There are cases where candidates forget and bring their cell phones into the exam room. When there are only a few minutes left, their family members call anxiously, leading to the candidate being discovered and disciplined. It is best to leave your cell phone at home. If you do bring it, remember to leave it outside.
No mobile phones in the exam room
Writing or drawing on the exam paper content unrelated to the exam; quarreling with or threatening the staff responsible for the exam or threatening other candidates.
The invigilator in the examination room shall make a record, collect evidence (if any) and report to the Head of the examination site to decide on the form of suspension from the examination. If the Head of the examination site does not agree, the report shall be sent to the Head of the examination board for decision.
Candidates who are suspended from the exam must submit their exam papers, exam questions, and scratch paper to the invigilator and leave the exam room immediately after the decision is made and may only leave the exam area after 2/3 of the exam time has passed.
Deduct test points
Candidates who are reprimanded during an exam will have 25% of their total exam score deducted for that subject.
Candidates who are warned during an exam will have 50% of their total exam score deducted for that subject.
Exams with markings found during grading will have 50% of the total score deducted.
Candidates who are suspended from taking any exam will receive a score of 0 (zero) for that exam; will not be allowed to continue taking the next exams; and will not be allowed to use the exam results to consider high school graduation and apply for admission to universities and colleges.
Give 0 points
Cases that are given a score of 0: Exams copied from documents brought illegally into the exam room; one exam has two exams; exams have handwriting from two or more people; parts of the exam are written on scratch paper or paper that does not comply with regulations.
Don't even think about bringing documents with you, even if you don't look at them, if you are discovered you will still be dealt with according to regulations.
Cancel exam results
Cancel the exam results for candidates who: Have two or more exams with a score of 0 (zero) due to the candidate being suspended from the exam; write or draw on the exam paper content unrelated to the exam;
