The workshop "Improving the capacity of lecturers in education and interdisciplinary cooperation in training students in the Health sector" organized by Dai Nam University attracted many experts, contributing to promoting innovation in Health training.

At the workshop, Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the Board of Dai Nam University emphasized: Lecturers play a decisive role in training high-quality students in the Health sector. Improving lecturer capacity, innovating teaching methods and enhancing interdisciplinary cooperation are the keys to the development of the Health sector.

Dai Nam University always focuses on improving the quality of its teaching staff, promoting scientific research, and creating conditions for academic exchange with domestic and international experts and scientists.

Benefits of interdisciplinary education for faculty and students

Associate Professor, Dr. Hoang Duc Hanh - Chairman of the Science and Training Council of the Health Sector, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Dai Nam University affirmed: "Lecturers and students both benefit from interdisciplinary education".

Dr. Tran Quang Huy - Head of Nursing Department, Dai Nam University analyzed the role of interdisciplinary education in effectively implementing patient care models, helping lecturers update knowledge and apply it to teaching.

Dr. Tran Thuy Khanh Linh - Head of Nursing Department, University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Ho Chi Minh City helps lecturers and students better understand the importance of interdisciplinary education; offers some suitable solutions for application in teaching.

MSc. Bui Van Thang - Nursing Director of Vinmec Times City International General Hospital brings practical examples of how to apply interdisciplinary education into training practice.
