Accordingly, the appeal form contains the candidate's personal information and information about the subjects the candidate requests an appeal for.

In particular, the Ministry of Education and Training noted: "Candidates only write the exam room and exam score in the lines of the subjects requested for review."

Speaking to Thanh Nien reporters on this issue, Associate Professor Tran Van Nghia, Deputy Director of the Department of Testing and Educational Assessment, Ministry of Education and Training, said that within 10 days from the date of announcement of exam scores, candidates can submit a request for re-examination to the Department of Education and Training, high school or Continuing Education Center where the exam registration documents were received or directly to the university where the exam was held. The Department of Education and Training will transfer the candidate's exam re-examination data to the examination council where the candidate requested the re-examination.

Within 15 days from the deadline for receiving appeals, the examination council must announce the appeal results.
