Speaking to reporters, a representative of the Examination Department, Ministry of Education and Training, said that the Admission Regulations for the 2015 National High School Exam have changed slightly compared to the original. Accordingly, candidates can register for 4 majors of 1 school for each admission round, and the wishes are ranked in order of priority from 1 to 4. Each wish must clearly state the major registered for admission and the combination of subjects used for admission.
The Ministry of Education and Training has made changes to the Admission Regulations for the 2015 National High School Exam.
Speaking with reporters , a representative of the Department of Examinations, Ministry of Education and Training said that the Admission Regulations of the 2015 National High School Exam have changed slightly compared to the original.
Accordingly, candidates can register for 4 majors of 1 school for each admission round, the wishes are ranked in order of priority from 1 to 4. Each wish must clearly state the registered major and the combination of exam subjects used for admission.

During the 20 days of considering the first choice, if necessary, candidates can adjust the choice they have registered at that school or withdraw their application to register at another school. Candidates who have passed the first choice are not allowed to register for additional choice consideration rounds.
For additional admission wishes, candidates can use 3 exam result certificates for additional admission wishes at the same time to register for a maximum of 3 schools and each school can register for a maximum of 4 wishes in order of priority from 1 to 4.
During each additional admission round, candidates are not allowed to withdraw their application. After each admission round, if they are not accepted, they can withdraw their application to register for admission in the next additional admission round. Candidates who have been admitted to the school are not allowed to participate in the next additional admission round.
Regardless of your wishes, if you are admitted, you will not be allowed to continue applying.
In the application form, please note: According to the form prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training, the application form includes 19 information items that candidates need to fill in. There are two copies of the form, form number one is kept by the officer collecting the application, and form number two is kept by the candidate.
Detailed instructions on how to fill out the application form from the Ministry of Education and Training:

Section DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING……… DEPARTMENT CODE: Candidates registering at the exam registration unit belonging to which department, write the name of that department in the blank space …..., then fill in the 2 digits representing the department code in the next 2 blank boxes, the code of the department of education and training is prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training.
File Number: Where the application is received, candidates do not fill in this item.
Section 1, 2: Fill in according to the instructions on the exam registration form.
Section 3: a) The candidate's place of birth only needs to clearly state the name of the province or city. If born abroad, the candidate needs to clearly state the name of the country (in Vietnamese). b) Ethnicity must be recorded exactly as on the birth certificate.
Section 4: For old ID cards, write 9 digits in the last 9 boxes on the right, leave the first three boxes blank; for new ID cards, write all 12 digits.
Section 5: The correct province (city) code and district (county) code where the candidate has permanent residence must be entered in the corresponding boxes on the right.
Candidates who are given priority for graduation or university and college admission based on permanent residence in particularly disadvantaged communes as prescribed must declare the commune (ward) code. The province (city) code, district (county) code, and commune (ward) code will be determined by the Ministry of Education and Training. After filling in all administrative unit codes, candidates must clearly write the name of the province (city), district (county), and commune (ward) in the blank line.

Section 6: Write the school name and address to the district (county), province (city) of the school on the dotted line. Write the province code where the school is located in the first 2 boxes, write the school code in the next 3 boxes (school code is written according to the regulations of the Department of Education and Training, if the school code has 1 digit, write the number 0 in the first 2 boxes, if the school code has 2 digits, write the number 0 in the first box).

Section 7: Clearly state phone number and email (if any).

Section 8: Candidates must clearly state the full name of the contact person and detailed address: hamlet (house number), village (street, alley), commune (ward), district (county), province (city).

Section 9: Candidates register to take the exam with the purpose of only obtaining results for high school graduation, only obtaining results for university or college admission, or both purposes. Candidates register to take the exam with which purpose, mark "X" in the corresponding box; if candidates register to take the exam with both purposes, mark both boxes.

Section 10: Candidates registering for the exam at which cluster must write the cluster name and cluster code as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training in the corresponding position. Depending on the purpose of the exam stated in Section 9, candidates need to refer to the instructions of the document collection point to determine the appropriate cluster.

Section 11: Students studying in grade 12 of high school at which school must submit their application to that school. Other subjects must submit their application to the locations specified by the Department of Education and Training. The application code of the registration unit must be recorded according to the instructions of the place where the application is received.

Section 12: All candidates registering for the exam for high school graduation recognition and university and college admission must register for the exam subject in this section. Candidates registering for any exam subject must mark "X" in the corresponding exam subject box. For the Foreign Language subject, candidates must fill in the code corresponding to the specific language as follows: N1 - English; N2 - Russian; N3 - French; N4 - Chinese; N5 - German; N6 - Japanese.

Section 13: For candidates requesting exemption from the foreign language exam, it is necessary to clearly state the type of certificate that qualifies for exemption or clearly state that they are a member of the national team participating in the International Olympic competition in Foreign Languages according to the regulations in Official Dispatch No. 6031/BGDĐT-KTKĐCLGD dated October 23, 2014 of the Ministry of Education and Training on adjusting and supplementing exemption from the foreign language exam in the recognition of high school graduation in 2015.

Section 14 : Candidates who have taken high school exams in previous years, if there are subjects that are eligible for retention according to regulations, candidates who want to retain a subject, write the score of that subject in the corresponding box.

Section 15: Candidates determine the 4 subjects used for high school graduation ( including compulsory subjects and elective subjects) by marking “X” in the corresponding boxes. These four subjects must be among the subjects registered in Sections 12, 13 and 14.

Section 16: Candidates self-identify priority subjects, correctly write the symbols of priority subjects according to the regulations on admission to full-time universities and colleges. Any false declaration will be handled according to current regulations. Candidates in priority categories must submit all legal certificates (copies) with the application form when applying for admission to universities and colleges.

Section 17: For candidates taking the exam for the purpose of university or college admission, the region code must be entered in the blank box as follows: Region 1 (KV1) fill in the number 1, Region 2 (KV2) fill in the number 2, Region 3 (KV3) fill in the number 3, Rural Region 2 (KV2-NT) fill in 2NT. In the 3 years of high school or equivalent, the place where you study longer will enjoy regional priority. If you study at one school each year or half of your time at one school and half of your time at another school, then the place where you graduate from high school will enjoy regional priority. For candidates who are given priority based on their permanent residence, based on the regulations of the admission regulations and instructions of the Ministry of Education and Training, write down the correct priority area.

Section 18: Fill in the information as instructed on the exam registration form.

Section 19: For candidates taking the exam with the purpose of obtaining results to consider transferring to college or university, mark "X" in the box of the corresponding level of education graduated: Graduated from secondary school (TC) or Graduated from college (CĐ).

The Ministry of Education and Training notes that candidates must fill in all required fields completely, clearly, and neatly, and must not make any corrections or erasures. If it is a number, write it in Arabic numerals (0, 1, 2, 3, ...), not in Roman numerals (I, II, III, ...).
