National High School Exam 2016: Candidates are not allowed to withdraw their applications during the admission period

The Ministry of Education and Training has just sent enrollment guidelines to universities, academies, colleges, and the Department of Education and Training regarding enrollment in 2016. The 2016 university and college enrollment guidelines state: From August 1 to August 12, each candidate can register for a maximum of 2 schools, and each school can register for a maximum of 2 majors.
In the additional admission rounds, candidates can register for a maximum of 3 schools, each school can register for a maximum of 2 majors in order of priority. During the admission period, candidates cannot withdraw their application or change their preferences.
For group admission, candidates can use up to the maximum number of allowed majors of each admission round (4 majors in the first round and 6 majors in additional admission rounds) to register for admission to many schools in the group, arranging the registered majors in order of priority.
The Ministry of Education and Training notes that candidates who have registered for admission to 2 or more schools in the group in the first round or 3 or more schools in the group in the additional round of admission are not allowed to register for admission to schools outside the group.
School groups are allowed to prescribe application forms in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, and to publicize the method of admission between majors in order of priority in the application form. Candidates submit application forms and admission fees by post via express delivery, priority delivery or online.
When applying, candidates must submit a certificate of exam results upon admission.
Regarding successful candidates, the Ministry of Education and Training has specific regulations in the 2016 university and college entrance exam regulations as follows: Successful candidates must submit the original certificate of exam results to the school of admission by post or other methods prescribed by the school.
The first round is before 5:00 p.m. on August 17, the first additional round is before 5:00 p.m. on September 7, and the second additional round is before 7:00 a.m. on September 26. After this deadline (based on the postmark), candidates who do not submit their exam result certificates to the school will be considered as refusing admission.
Candidates who are eligible for priority admission, in addition to the certificate of results, must also submit other documents such as the priority admission registration form (according to the form of the Ministry of Education and Training), the original of one of the following certificates: Certificate of winning the National High School Excellent Student Competition; Certificate of winning the National Science and Technology Competition; Certificate of winning the international award in sports and artistic talent.
When candidates come to enroll, the school's Admissions Council will check the submitted documents, especially the documents to enjoy the candidates' preferential treatment. In case of detecting errors, candidates must promptly report to the Admissions Council for handling. During the student's study period, the school will organize the inspection and check of the candidates' documents and exam results.
