NOTIFICATION

Regarding organizing study for students from February 17, 2020

Pursuant to Official Dispatch No. 566/BYT-DP dated February 8, 2020 of the Ministry of Health on strengthening the prevention of acute respiratory infections caused by nCoV at educational institutions and schools;

Pursuant to Notice No. 13001/TB-DN and 13101/TB-DN of Dai Nam University on Prevention and Control of Acute Respiratory Infections Caused by New Strains of Virus ;

Pursuant to Notice 20601/TB-DN dated February 6, 2020 of Dai Nam University on temporary suspension of classes for students and trainees of all levels and training systems to prevent and control acute respiratory infections caused by Corona virus;

Based on the epidemic prevention measures of Dai Nam University according to the instructions of the Ministry of Health and relevant departments;

Based on the epidemic situation in Vinh Phuc province;

Based on the conclusion of the Board of Directors' meeting on February 13, 2020;

Dai Nam University announces:

1. Students of all training systems of Dai Nam University start studying from February 17, 2020.

2. Students coming to the School must fully comply with the recommendations of the Ministry of Health in disease prevention, especially wearing masks the entire time they are at the School and disinfecting their hands regularly according to the School's instructions.

3. The Head Teacher compiles a list of students on Tet holiday in Vinh Phuc province and students showing symptoms of runny nose, headache, cough, sore throat, fever, difficulty breathing (with a copy of confirmation from the local health authority) to organize online learning for these students with the following steps:

- The homeroom teacher contacts each student, gets information about the student's email and zalo; notifies the student not to come to school but to participate in online learning at home;

- Specialized faculties assign lecturers to prepare learning content, review questions, and review exercises every week to send to each student and require students to study documents, answer questions, do exercises and submit them online every week;

These students will come to the School when there is an official announcement from the School to each student.
