Phan Thi Thanh Ha - The "soul keeper" of clean green space at Dai Nam University

With more than a decade of dedication, Ms. Phan Thi Thanh Ha - Head of the Administration Department's Janitorial Team has become a symbol of enduring love for green, clean spaces at Dai Nam University. Not only dedicated to work, Ms. Ha and her colleagues always devote their hearts to taking care of every corner of trees, hallways, classrooms, and especially the restroom area, which is always likened to a hotel at Dai Nam University because of its cleanliness and tidiness.

Joining Dai Nam University since 2011, Ms. Ha not only witnessed the school's constant development but also considered it an indispensable part of her life.

She often shares happily: " I can stay at school from early morning to late night, taking care of the classrooms, hallways, and every little corner to keep them neat and clean, just like taking care of my own family. That's why people often tease me that I love school more than my husband."

It is this sincere love that helps her to always be full of energy and motivation, even though the work is quiet and sometimes difficult.

Under the encouragement and close supervision of the school's leadership, Ms. Ha and the janitorial team always work hard to not only keep Dai Nam University clean and beautiful but also create a space where teachers and students can comfortably and confidently teach and study.

Ms. Thai Thu Phuong - Head of Administration and Management also shared: "It is not an exaggeration to say that Ha loves the school more than she loves her husband. In our team, Ha is a very dedicated person and always makes constant efforts. When assigning work to Ha, the leaders always believe that she will complete the task in the best way."

Every day, Ms. Ha and her colleagues start work early in the morning, meticulously taking care of every hallway, classroom and restroom, ensuring that everything is always neat and clean. She believes that even the smallest tasks, when done with all their heart, contribute to creating a comfortable and friendly learning environment for teachers and students.

“We always want to contribute a small part in keeping every space clean and tidy, so that when teachers and students come to school, they can feel the careful care of the school. From there, they can study and teach in the most comfortable way,” Ms. Ha confided.

With close guidance and support from the leadership, Ms. Ha and the janitorial team have gradually contributed to building a “Green Dai Nam” – not only clean and green but also spreading a sense of responsibility to all students and staff.

Not only stopping at daily cleaning tasks, Ms. Ha and the cleaning team also actively participate in supporting and preparing for major school events. The support and trust of the leadership helps her to be more motivated and confident every time she participates in school service work. She believes that every effort, no matter how quiet, contributes to building a more friendly, warm and cohesive Dai Nam.

Always transmit positive energy to colleagues.

Not only trusted by her leaders, Ms. Ha is also loved by her colleagues. Ms. Nguyen Thi Hien - Janitor, shared: “Ms. Ha is always full of energy and very agile. No matter what happens, she quickly “thinks” and handles it neatly. Not only is she good at her job, she is also very caring, listens well and is always ready to support everyone around her. Ms. Ha has helped us love and be more attached to this job.”

For Ms. Ha, the greatest joy is not the certificates of merit but the feeling of being with colleagues and with the support of leaders, contributing to the building and development of Dai Nam University.

“I am always grateful to the leaders who have always closely directed and to my colleagues who have shared the joys and sorrows over the years. For me, every day at school is a day filled with joy and motivation. We always advise each other to overcome difficulties together to contribute to the common goal,” Ms. Ha confided.

The silent efforts of Ms. Phan Thi Thanh Ha and the cleaning team, under the guidance of the leadership and the solidarity of colleagues, have created a clean and friendly working and learning environment. That dedication and sense of responsibility has spread to everyone around, arousing the spirit of solidarity and sharing in the Dai Nam University community.
