Quality control – journey to affirm value, spread trust

In education, there are things that cannot be measured by transcripts or certificates. That is the trust of the learner, the responsibility of the teacher, and the recognition of society for a trustworthy educational environment. With that spirit, on the afternoon of June 19, 2025, Dai Nam University (DNU) solemnly held the Opening Ceremony of the official survey to evaluate the quality of training programs of 04 majors: Accounting , Nursing , Korean Language , Economic Law.

Attending the ceremony, on behalf of the Center for Education Quality Assessment - Hanoi National University, there were: Associate Professor, Dr. Dinh Van Toan - Deputy Director of the Center, Chairman of the Education Quality Assessment Council (attending online) ; Prof. Dr. Tran Trung - Director of the Academy of Ethnic Minorities, Head of the External Assessment Team ; Dr. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Secretary of the Assessment Council, Secretary of the Team and members.

On the side of Dai Nam University, there was the presence of Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the University Council ; Ms. Cao Thi Hoa - Vice Chairman of the University Council, Vice Principal ; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dao Thi Thu Giang - Principal, Chairwoman of the Self-Assessment Council ; along with the presence of members of the Board of Directors, leaders of departments/offices/centers, specialized faculties, lecturers and representatives of students of the school.

The event is not simply a regular professional activity, but an important step in the journey of affirming academic prestige, improving quality and committing to continuous improvement for learners, for the community and for the future of the country.

Each major is a real journey.

During the three-day survey (June 19–22, 2025), the External Evaluation Team from the Center for Education Quality Assessment – Vietnam National University, Hanoi will work directly with the school, students, lecturers and program records to comprehensively evaluate according to national standards and approach regional standards.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Associate Professor, Dr. Dinh Van Toan - Deputy Director of the Center, Chairman of the Accreditation Council, acknowledged the synchronous and visionary efforts of Dai Nam University in its quality assurance strategy: "The simultaneous implementation of accreditation of four programs in many fields shows the comprehensive and serious orientation of the school in affirming the quality of training - not only for today, but also for the future."

Training quality is measured by ability, not by scores.

In his passionate speech, Dr. Le Dac Son - Chairman of the School Board emphasized a modern approach to education: "Training quality is not only measured by scores or diplomas, but by the actual working ability and income of students after graduation."

That is the reason Dai Nam University aims for a modern educational model - where learners can:

• Practical experience throughout the learning process;
• Instructed by dedicated, professional and approachable instructors;
• Powered by artificial intelligence, enterprise networking and digital transformation;
• And in particular, each suggestion from the inspection team is considered a "valuable prescription" to continuously adjust and improve the training program.

Behind every statistic, every line of testing criteria are telling stories:
