The Department of Education and Training where the candidate is studying will guide and disseminate the prescribed examination cluster for candidates to declare in their exam registration form.

Student Pham Thi Le is studying in grade 12 in Viet Tri city, Phu Tho province, but her permanent residence is in Ba Vi, Hanoi. So, can students register for the National High School Exam at exam clusters in Hanoi, or must they take the exam according to the arrangement of the Department of Education and Training of Phu Tho province?

* Ministry of Education and Training replied: According to the regulations of the National High School Examination Regulations, candidates who are studying at high school will apply for the exam at the high school where they are studying. Candidates will take the exam at which exam cluster has been specified and assigned tasks. The Department of Education and Training where the candidate is studying will guide and disseminate information for candidates to declare in the exam registration form.

Student Tran Cao Bao Huy is a candidate in Phu Yen province, the exam cluster is Khanh Hoa/Nha Trang. But the distance from the student's house to Nha Trang is much farther than to Quy Nhon.

So can students register for graduation exams and university entrance exams at Quy Nhon exam cluster? If so, what should I do?

* Ministry of Education and Training replied: On March 16, 2015, the Ministry of Education and Training issued a Decision to organize a National High School Exam cluster for candidates to take the exam to consider recognition of high school graduation and admission to universities and colleges in 2015 , in which it is stipulated that candidates from the two provinces of Khanh Hoa and Phu Yen will take the exam at the exam cluster hosted by Nha Trang University.

Therefore, student Tran Cao Bao Huy needs to submit an application to the high school where he is studying to register for the exam, have the results of high school graduation recognition and use the results for admission to university or college .
